The room was not really well insulated and it was easy to hear kids play/run around in the rooms next to us. Also, we did book some spa time and although the facility was ok, it was a bit of an annoyance that light were not turned on when it got dark outside, which made the place rather dangerous.

The hotel was quite charming. The room was very big and it essentially had all what we were looking for, including great views. The breakfast and dinners were excellent.

The swimming pool lacks maintenance, it doesn’t look like the photos. Bathroom has a weird smells coming from the pipes.

It’s a really nice hotel, it was clean, big bedroom and bathroom, it provides towels, shampoo and soap, it has good location it’s near to the ski area, but I would really point out is the GREAT FOOD the had, my congratulations to the chef and the cooking staff! We ate a lot and really yummy !

The spa is poorly maintained, outdated, and worn out. Moreover, we had to pay 20 euros per person, which is completely unfair considering the price per night. I also wish there had been more healthy food options at breakfast.

The location is nice, and our room had a great view. The beds are comfortable enough. The staff was very helpful and arranged an early check-in for us. The buffet dinner was good, as was the service.

Some of the installations are a bit old and the spa had different water functions that were pending repair. The buffet times were too strict, as you had to tell the day before exactly at what time you would be having breakfast the following day with a precision to the quarter of the hour (for example having to choose between 8:15 and 8:30) and a total permitted stay of 45 minutes. The use of the spa was an extra 20 euros, which I did not know at the time of booking.

The breakfast buffet was very good, a wide selection and the products of good quality. The views from my room were exceptional (mountain view) and I had a private balcony to enjoy them. It was silent so I had no problem with sleeping. The shower was modern and very pleasant.

The reservation doesn't specify well that the price of the room doesn't include the Spa. Too hot and dry in the room, even with window open and heating off. The ecological footprint of the hotel (water, cheating)

Repair a few things around the property: the steam room and table football were out of order, few broken lights and walls. remove covid collaterals as it looks outdated and not needed. Similar table setup and look & feel for breakfast and dinner.

the water in the spa was too cold in winter, so i think they should warm it a little they should have also a suttle or offer transportation (not only for the ski station) from the train stations, they are so far, and I arrived so late in the night a had to wait so long to take a taxi below cero degrees
