United KingdomThese are tiny things which don't mean it's not a first-class hotel, but perhaps the breakfast could have been a little more extravagant to match everything else and the service in the roof-top bar was a touch slow. Again, these are very small criticisms against a backdrop of a wonderful experience.
This hotel has the wow factor. The staff are exceptionally good. There is real attention to detail in everything. The rooms are excellently designed and the mini-bar is the best I've ever seen. Valet parking = top notch. Great recommendations too. It's stylish and beautifully presented all round.

I was fooled by the outside of the property. Plain. But going in i was very pleasantly surprised by the interior. Usually photos look different than the real thing, not here. My room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking the square with its cafes and trees. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. All staff were friendly and the neighborhood is safe yet in the center of the shopping area in Granada. My family and I enjoyed every moment in this hotel, so much so that we extended our stay for an additional night.

There are lanty of small things the hotel makes that make this hotel so special ! Especially the warm welcome from the young man (sorry I forgett the name and I feel even more embarresed as he remembered even the name of your dog) and gave us many useful tips, very nice room with welcome fruit, nice letter - hand written and nice note - handwritten in the car when we were leaving. There are the things that make the dirrefence. Thank you.. also good to mention they are dog friendly...

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They helped us park our car the moment we arrived, they gave us directions around the city, gave restaurant recommendations, and helped arrange a taxi for us to The Alhambra. The rooms and amenities very nice and comfortable. If we had more time we would have liked to have dinner at the Michelin restaurant on site.

This is a very well appointed and comfortable hotel, in a convenient location in Granada. Our room was a good size, well equipped and attractively decorated. The staff were exceptional: very attentive , friendly and helpful. We dined at the hotel restaurant one night, and found it quite tasty.
