One of the pools was a little dirty and would benefit from an update.

The location and open space. Attendants came round early in the morning and removed towels from beds that were reserved with towels but no one was in sitting at them. Lots of pools to choose from so always able to find a sun bed. staff really helpful.

The only thing we didn’t like were the dirty swimming pools but I understand that it might be more difficult with so many small children around.

The food was pretty good, but sometimes it was a little hit-and-miss. Some of the exotic options were tasty, while some of the standard things were just alright. Overall, even though one can’t expect everything at a buffet to be sensational, we felt that some meal-offerings were not quite at a 4-star-level, while some dishes were enjoyable surprises. Also, some of the playgrounds were a lot of fun, and a great way to take a break from the pools, but some were pointless in sticky, hot conditions.

Truly a kind of utopia for smaller kids with all the pools and their shallow areas, the waterpark, again for smaller kids, the indoor playground, some of the evening shows, and the overall fun, lighthearted vibe of the resort – as well as the closeness to the lovely pretty big beach 5-minutes away by car.

Excellent apartments in a location away from the more noisy centre and next to perfect facilities for the young children in our party. The cleaning was frequent and of an excellent standard with regular changes of bedding and towels. The pools and splashpark were all excellent

1 small issue I forgot to say when leaving was I used the washing machine in Serenity,orange spots where on some of white clothes which may mean rust in machine or high iron level in water,I did not use any detergent as directed by machine,this could maybe checked

Lovely self catering apartment,had everything I needed,nice quiet area which is what I was after,15/20 min walk from port/beach,free parking and was able to park nearby without worrying about other cars,air con worked very well

The location is in the middle of hotels and resorts so bit soulless. Also, be aware of the kids!

The place is a family (kiddie) oriented and I booked it in emergency but receptionist kindly gave me a room outside the main resort so it was nice and quiet. The room was quite big and little kitchenette had all I needed. Breakfasts and dinners were good enough.

I would have to be very picky to find something I didn't like

This hotel was brilliant. We travelled with a 4 and 2 yr old. There were lots of swimming pools the kids could stand in and a splash park they absolutely loved. There were lots of little parks and sand areas they could play in. Things were spread out so you could easily walk between them but so you didn't feel cramped. There were two kids clubs but we only went to one. This was amazing. It had craft activites and lots of different things to play including a big soft play. Our kids loved going and getting a break from the sun. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The little kotchenette was good. We only made sandwiches so didn't cook but it seemed to have enough to make basic meals. We did half board. The restaurant had plenty of choice with different themes each night. When catering for masses of people you're never going to get the same quality as a restaurant but there was always something to enjoy and the choice was incredible. The grounds were well maintained and spacious. There was so much to keep the children entertained which makes this a great choice for families. There were plenty of shops outside and the beach was a 10 min easy walk away.

Cleaning wasn’t done properly. We found glass on the floor. We also didn’t realise that some rooms can be a bit of a walk from reception (sector D).

The food was at times disappointing at breakfast and dinner.

Proximity of the pool to the apartment. Kudos to the animation team for all the hard work they put in every day and night. All the staff are great, from the cleaners to the bar tenders to the waiters. The location is great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the manager Miguel for being so accommodating during our stay. He really listened to our needs and went above and beyond.

The cleaning situation could be improved. In a week, my room was only cleaned three times. On two occasions the cleaner came in the early afternoon when I was having a siesta. Timing could be better for cleaning. .

Very uncomfortable sofa bed, which was not a sofa bed as the mattress was not suitable sleeping on it. Avarage quality of food and poor choice of food, especially breakfast offer. Poor choice of deserts and they often lacked taste. Kids entertainment should be more varied and kids disco should be longer and run by more than one staff. Shorter breaks between kids disco and evening entertainment. Bar and entertainment area should be covered for when the weather is cold and windy. Families with small children who use push chair should be located on the ground floor and stairs leading to the first floor are not suitable for a pushchair. Big groups should.of cyclist should be accommodated together away from families with small kids so they don't disturb babies and children sleep when going out and making a lot of noise with their equipment and cycling shoes, especially early in the morning. The smell of sewage at night was unbearable.

Kids facilities, gym, pools, entertainment team and their Dancing Queens show. Staff very helpful.

Hotel and area surrounding are very busy. We have young children and wanted an easy holiday with easy access to everything, which we got.

Suitability for kids. Enthusiasm of staff who worked with children, kids club, kids disco. Good selection of food, suitable for vegetarians and most tastes. Room cleaned daily, fresh towels if needed. Short walk to beach. Heating in apartment when needed.

My experience with half board was not great, limited food and options, only few people working on the restaurant. I had situations where the bread and also simple pancakes was finished and I had to go around and find a stuff and ask for more and sometimes took ages. Had situations where they also was not bringing more food and was a lot od people waiting for the same. They need more staff. The food was ok, facilities amazing (but with not heated pool) and the staff around is very nice!
