Host gave us very good directions how to get there. It was very close to the beach and port. The apartment has 2 bathrooms- very convenient for 5 people. It was also clean. Good place to stay if you want to visit also the northern part of the island. Calmer than Palma, but we were also off-season. Car is a must in my opinion- it was 40 min from Palma but very good road (highway). To other parts of the island you get way longer, regardless where you stay, because big part of the island is mountainous.

Apartment in a very good location. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. An ideal starting point for visiting the most interesting points of the island. Contact with the owner at a high level and very friendly. A great place to relax with family or friends. I highly recommend. Lorena, see you again :)

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was excellent, with super quick communication and always ready to assist. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay!

There was some problem with the elavator on the third day due to leakage in the building so we have to use the stairs for 2 days. Lorena was really apologetic but this is something outside anyone’s control. She explained as soon as she discovered about the situation to us which we really appreciate.

Lorena is an amazing host, very clear instructions, really good location. We really loved the place and its closeness to the beach and restaurants. There is a kids playground in front of property. Lorena was so kind to answer all queries before and during the stay and also left some beach toys, umbrellas for us to use. We would love to come back again.

The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious light and very modern the main bedroom had an ensuite. the host was very helpful and met us at the apartment. we would highly recommend this accommodation.

too many ornaments wouldn't suite maybe very young children - glass cabinet and internet cables would also be any issue for the very young if like my grandson of 16 months just couldn't sit still and be all over the place - traveled as a couple so only my opinion

When the bathroom light is turned on, the fan also turns on, which is quite noisy. But that's nothing that would be a big problem.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. It offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The equipment is above standard, the kitchen has everything. The beds are comfortable. There is an umbrella and beach toys for children. 2 bathrooms for a family of five are a huge advantage. There are towels and a hairdryer. There is air conditioning in every room. There is a smart TV. The accommodation is located in a quieter street, but everything is just around the corner, from restaurants to shops to lively nightlife. The sea with a large beach and gradual entry into the water is a short distance away. And Lorena is a very nice and helpful person. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

We loved the location and found the apartment very well equipped with everything needed (way above my experience with other holiday apartments). The host was very friendly and helpful - there was a quick reply and immediate support regarding everything. A great holiday experience for us! We're happy to come back :-)

The apartment was very clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable as was all the other furniture. The towels were fresh smelling and soft. The host was very helpful and friendly, very quick to answer any questions that we had. The location was very good for accessing the beach and marina area. There were a few small stores nearby for groceries, or a short drive to Lidl. The parking garage under the apartment block was very useful and was easily accessible. It took a little bit of care to manoeuvre into the space but really not an issue if you take your time. The cooking facilities were brilliant, lovely clean oven, microwave etc. Plenty of utensils and pots for cooking and eating with. The dishwasher and washing machine were very useful too. Definitely would recommend this apartment, the host has made a big effort to make the guests welcome. There was a very useful folder of information with clear instructions how to dispose of garbage/rubbish etc. She genuinely cares about her guests.

Great location and super affordable. As a group, this is a perfect destination. The parking is a little awkward underground parking, if you’re not a comfortable driver, this will defo be a challenge, especially if you have a big car. The apartment was nice, but there was a couple long hairs on a few of our pillows. Nothing crazy though. Great facility and had everything we needed. Very family friendly, even to the extent the had board games and stuff. Alot of people don’t provide this and even a large range of kitchen utensils. The area itself is clean with loads! And i mean loads of restaurants and shops nearby, best thing is that there were alot of halal options close too. One big issue though was the TV, had alot of problems with it andnit would randomly turn off and on. Very hard to navigate and this is coming from someone who is into tech. Super slow and laggy.
