The location is excellent for visiting the medieval town. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to park our motorbike in the hotel garage. The public rooms are wonderfully atmospheric. The bedroom was comfortable. Good value breakfast.

IrelandBreakfast lack some choices. The shower was a bit small. Parking not possible at the property although there are free options within 500m. No Aircon or air fan so we had to leave the windows open and it was a bit noisy due to a place nearby with live music.
Located within Santillana old town. Very handy to visit the village. The room had two big beds that were comfy. It's nicely decorated. We didn't have to pay any extras for our daughter (3y).

Czech RepublicWe liked everything, but I would welcome better offer for breakfast - more vegetables, more fruit, scrambled eggs etc, and the coffee from the machine was not good at all. Change the coffee, increase tourism .)
Everything was really good, the town is beautiful, the hotel is very nice from the outside and the inside, the receptionist was friendly, the beds were great, it was quiet, dark at night, the bath was there...we loved it.
