Excellent location for the beach. The centre is a twenty minute walk through a pedestrian tunnel. The room was clean and comfortable.

United StatesPillows were terrible, too hard and too thick. It felt like I was resting my head on a soccer ball, as a side sleeper it pushed me neck too far upward. There should be different pillows available, soft, hard, medium...etc. A very nice maid found me some softer, smaller pillows. Garage parking is far too expensive.
Excellent room and hotel. The gym should be larger, for such a large hotel.

United KingdomCheck-in was at 16:00 and check-out at 12:00. On departure day, our internet access and room card were deactivated after breakfast, so one person had to take all the luggage down. Breakfast offered a good selection, though the hot food was only lukewarm. Coffee facilities were only available in the room but no tea.
The conveniences made our stay exceptionally pleasant, allowing us to explore the area with ease and return to a comfortable base each night. The nearby attractions were easy to access, and we appreciated being able to stroll to dinner and not worry about transportation or parking.

Despite being very ugly on the outside everything inside is really nice. Very clean. Spacious room, comfy bed. Lovely view at the front.

No valet to handle luggage except for one person that did maintenance, repaired rooms and patiently assisted with luggage Also no concierge service. At one time was told by a very rude front office receptionist that she could not call restaurant to say I was on my way. Others in reception very nice. I guess you get a bad apple in the bunch

The hotel is very well positioned only metres away from the promenade and the underground parking facility is excellent although it is quite expensive. Parking is free on the streets outside the hotel. We were early checking in but the staff assured us our room was ready and it wasnt a problem. Our room looked out towards the sea and was very nicely appointed and felt to be newly refurbished with a nautical theme. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was exceptionally good. So much choice and all the food was so fresh and nicely presented. From the hotel we walked each day. So much to see without catching the hop on hop off bus which does go from the promenade at the bottom of the street but walking along the promenade to visit Magdalena Palace is very enjoyable an d also good exercise after the huge breakfast!
