Only downside was that we didn’t have breakfast included as staying in the apartment, which didn’t have a hob.

We were in an apartment which was very hot. No aircon or fans. Mosquito netting on windows was torn in places. One of rooms was a kitchen with 2 single beds along the walls. A bit cramped with a table and chairs in the middle. The exterior is a bit tired and could do with some tlc. Some of the sunbeds are old, faded and stained and should be replaced, as with some of the chair coverings on terrace and in dining room. That said, we enjoyed our stay and it was fine for an overnight en route to Santander.

Quiet little place near small village in Burgos province. Interesting area on the Camino de Santiago.Handy for motorway. Nice swimming pool. Characterful rooms. Comfortable clean beds, great shower, toiletries and towels Delicious breakfast. We had a good dinner in a restaurant near the castle.

Third time we stay at this propriety during our trips across the Peninsula and surely we will stay a fourth or a fifth time relaxing in the comfy beds and enjoying the great breakfast

A lovely peaceful place 20 minutes from Burgos. Highly recommended, whether stopping overnight or for a couple of days of tranquility. There's a piano and a small swimming pool. Bring some picnic goods as there is a very quiet fridge in the room. Breakfast was fresh juice, fruit, fresh bread and great coffee.

Second time we stay at this Hotel. The nice decorated and spacious family room, the comfortable beds and good breakfast are already a good reason for a return. Moreover, hotel is very quite and perfect for a relaxing stay.

no wifi in apartment breakfast was very minimal and super slow. Had to wait 20 minutes before it arrived. No plain yoghurt, no jam, no butter, no choices of tea. "Towels not allowed at pool" sign, i'm on holidays, not at my parents house. Owner stressed about kids touching stuff. Bad smell, a mix of cigarette smoke and cleaning products

Not much to dislike. I would say the speed at which breakfast is server. There is just one lady (very helpful) handling the service. In case you're in a hurry it could be problematic.

Location of the hotel is remote. The advantage is that it's very quite. Rooms are big and have an authentic style. Breakfast is limited. It's not a buffet but one of the staff members bring you the different items at your table. If your not a big eater there is more than enough. There is a swimming pool you could uses when its open and temperatures allows a swim. There is restaurant located not far, a gas station and also a bar serving great Spanish dishes
