We are being very picky but 7pm dinner start could be brought forward. Could do with some small complimentary water at the table in evening as drinks are not included.

Amazing location - easy to get to on public transport and very close to airport. But also very easy to get to palma and lots of other places by bus which is very reasonable. Very close to beach. Good variety at breakfast and dinner buffets and wasnt the same every night. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The pool - very quiet, no worry about getting a lounger. Although small big enough for the amount of guests and very enjoyable. Didn’t try lunch, but other peoples looked very nice and prices were good. Small gym available. Reasonable check in time not too late. Staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel is located a stone’s throw from a lovely beach (not crowded, has sun loungers to rent). Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant at check in and during our stay. The hotel is so close to Palma airport (roughly 8 minute drive). There is a bus stop close to the hotel, although we never ended up getting the bus. There are various restaurants and shops around the corner from the hotel too - the area itself is calm and relaxed, definitely not “party” vibes but Palma centre and S’Arenal are just short taxi drives away.

Just an observation but it would be nice if whoever is sat working on reception desk would look up and greet you as you walk into hotel. It would also be good if it was advertised more clearly when there is evening entertainment.

Even though at end of flight path, you weren't disturbed by noise with balcony doors closed. Always plenty of sunloungers available by the pool...only a couple had been reserved before breakfast...it's in their blood..haha. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast and was replenished frequently. Excellent location, really close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop to/from Palma (€4pp each way) and/or Arenal Paid just over €16 for taxi to/from airport.

There was sometimes a sewer smell in the room.

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel St. Jordi in Palma de Mallorca! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location was great, just a short walk from the beach. But what impressed me the most was the food – it was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. I would definitely love to come back.

The walls are thin, so your comfort also depends on the neighbors’ noise (e.g. talking).

Hotel location is perfect, far from “party district” (if you are looking for more relaxed place) and close to the beach promenade. A2 bus stop is near the hotel also (10 minutes the airport by public transportation). Luggage store available with no charge if you have time until flight departure. At evenings you can play board games at hotel’s bar. Staff are kind and helpful. Gluten free option available at hotel’s resaturant hall (and in the promenade area as well).

Had a great stay! The rooms were very clean, modern, and chic-looking. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and they let us store our luggage after check-out, which was super convenient. The beach was just a short walk away, and all listed amenities were provided. Overall, excellent value for money—I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bedroom walls are a little thin… could hear next door’s alarm going off at 7am and muted voices but didn’t ruin the holiday!

Location was amazing! Stone’s throw to the beach and nice restaurants and bars. We found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Only €15 in a taxi from outside the airport.
