The air conditioning system was pretty bad, maybe it had a problem

The location was absolutely excellent! Very close to the best things in Ronda, on a beautiful street. In 5 minutes you get to the famous bridge. Staff was really friendly and helpful, also they provided us with a 24-h parking place in a nearby location for 15 euro which was extremely convenient (the parking is situated 10 minutes from the hotel, but it’s a great walk)

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the centre, and close to the historic sights. The room itself was lovely, clean, large layout, everything to hand.

Noise from other rooms and street, but that’s normal in older buildings. Just bring earplugs.

The hotel and room is very clean, the room has everything you need, the staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is good. Coffee, tea and cool water available for free all day. Location very close to the historic centre. Parking is free in most streets around the hotel.

The air con wasn’t great

Clean & comfortable room, good bath and shower, loved the addition of a terrace with our room - perfect as we have a baby so we could sit out in our own private space while he slept. Also the hotel provided a cot which was perfect. Good selection at breakfast available. Also lovely staff at reception - welcoming & provided good info about Ronda & a local map

Beds weren't that comfortable and the walls are too thin that you can hear everything if you have noisy neighbors

Receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of tips for getting around in Ronda. Also, the complimentary coffee and water service was definitely a plus

Not a thing.

Staff went over and above the usual, as we happened to be ther wneh a 3 country power outage happened, a highly unusal thing. They were ready with a flashlight provided to every room, suggestions about location of grocery stores to try, since restaurants were closed and we had no idea how long this would last. They assured us they would provide breakfast with whatever breakfast was available. Luckily power went on ay 7:20 AM and a full breakfast appeared shortly after that. Top notch performance in an emergency and high quality room and amenities at an affordabe price. Underground parking was available a few blocks away for 15 EU. Excellenct directions and a map to get around Ronda was provided, which we certianly needed with no phone or power!

The location was perfect, near the historic centre and the touristic points. The staff was super helpful and nice, and we were told all the interesting information about the city!!! Just loved this hotel, the relation quality-price was the best!
