Towards the end of our holiday the hotel only started playing background music during the day at the pool, this would have been nice for all of our holiday.

We stayed for 1 week, and our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. We where bed and breakfast and breakfast was fantastic. The bar staff where also so friendly and welcoming, as well as the reception team.

The food was good, but not excellent. Some dishes lacked taste, but in general you could easily find something good to eat.

It was clean, staff very polite and helpful and the area was nice, beach is near.

Pool was quite small for number of guests so you were not able to really swim. Kids were disappointed that no balls were allowed in the pool

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great location, just a few mins from a lovely beach. Plenty of sunbeds. Good selection of food with different themed evenings each night.

The food seemed a little repetitive and didn't appear to be everything it said it was.

Entertainment was on very late and for some reason indoors rather than outside on the terrace beside the pool, despite it being very hot.

Only negative was the pool area which is too small for a big hotel. Can be a bit crowded at times.

Great location close to many bars and eating places. 10 minutes to nearest beach. Nice rooms plenty of room for 2 of us Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good and plenty of choice. Reasonable prices for drinks.

The checkout day the staff came 4 time la and opened the door between 8.45 and 11.30 while the checkout time was 12. No “do not disturb “ signal was provided.

Most things were good in the hotel, but when the groups of people (all nationalities but mostly UK) arrived the unnecessary noise and drinking let the hotel down. Some small details like the pool tables were not level, could improve the choices at the bar. Generally good.

There was a lot of mess in the restaurant. The glasses were very dirty, full of dry food and you could gently gnaw them with your fingernail to see how dirty they were. The cutlery and plates were also very badly washed and with dry food. Some of the staff don't speak English well, so they brought me drinks for dinner that I didn't even order. The pool is too small for how many people the hotel can accommodate. The bathroom door, being sliding, does not close well. The bad and pillows smelled bad.

Location excellent. Pool, food, all wonderful. Staff are extremely helpful. There are plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers when you have a later flight.

The rooms were very narrow and it's hard to get pass each other. The entertainment was inside 5 nights out of 7 which was disappointing and it was never great entertainment. The Karaoke night was the only good night.

The food was good and always something to eat and the air conditioning was brilliant. Nothing was ever an issue. Was in 5 mins walking distance to beach, pubs , shops, main strip and always felt safe.

Rooms small with very little storage space. Everything shut down at 12am. Entertainment wasn't great.

No music allowed outside, this meant is was quiet, the pool actives had to be done without music, the evening entertainment had to be held inside but we wanted to be able to enjoy sitting outside in the fresh air in the evenings

Large bedrooms, very clean, great location Staff are always super helpful and friendly, same bar staff from last year who made us feel welcome. The entertainment team, Maria and her partner tried very hard to get the guests involved with activities which wasn’t easy as the hotel has a ban on outdoor music which meant the evenings entertainment was held inside, and most of the guests, especially our group preferred to spend the time sat on the outside terrace.

The value for money is incredible for what we paid. Nice range of food and location was perfect. Staff were excellent and helpful - especially David on the bar who is a legend.
