it is only suggestion - the TV in the room could be a smart TV with YouTube applications, etc. Otherwise absolutely amazing

the location is breathtaking, situated in the ocean of live trees, a private jet runway nearby. The staff was very attentive, swimming pool area very clean, staff there always attentive and willing to help with tricky umbrellas. Room fantastic, breakfast correct. Spa was very nice as well, everything spotless, plenty of parking spaces, kids room to play.

I did find the restaurant meals were the same for lunch as dinner. Although, a good choice I did find the lack of lighter food at lunch time disappointing. I asked for something off the room service menu which was lighter; Chicken Noodle soup and yoghurt and raspberry sauce, but this was not possible. i also found being given olives at the start of all five meals during my stay a little disappointing. A bit of variety would have been good. However, still an excellent restaurant, but these small changes would make it even better.

This was an extremely pleasant hotel. Their rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I had a wonderful few days at the hotel. Breakfast was superb and in a great ambient room. Thank you.

The surcharge for the dog was not mentioned in the advert and we were not so happily surprised by the extra costs. Discussion with the staff didn't lead to much, only a 5 euro discount. We still think that they should have mention it. Now the advert says "includes all charges" which is misleading. Just mention the cost of bringing a pet in the comments like other hotels do. Also the Wifi in the room was useless. It didn't work or was very slow. Normally not something to complain about as we all have 5G, but cellphone reception is also almost none. Not great if you stop here and need to look after some work stuff.

Disappointed outside pool area was closed. The evening meal in the restaurant very poor quality. No other places to eat or drink within a reasonable distance.

The staff was superb! Very professional and welcoming. Location was great and the room was very comfortable. Hotel facilites are top quality and the food at the restaurant was amazing. My son got sick during dinner and the restaurant staff attended to his needs and even brought the remaining dinner to our room. The only bad thing was that our stay was too short.
