No tv remote and no air conditioning. Bar only opens 12 and closes at 5pm which isn’t ideal, seems to be very early and not very convenient.

Well equipped kitchenette but no prep area so not really suitable for cooking, a table to put the kettle, toaster & microwave on would help sort this out

Lovely property with angled balconies to get maximum sun throughout the day. Well maintained pool area & reasonably priced pool bar for drinks & snacks, lots of loungers. Nice clean studio apartment, great shower, comfy beds, close to everything. Shower room & luggage room available on departure day which is a major plus.

The room-very old style, it is like going back 15 years ago. It is a spacious room, absolutely nice the tereace, but everything is old, everything is a little old fasioned…

The location is amazing. Very close to the beach and all the restaurants.

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

Paid for breakfast for one day and had no complaints, good choice of things to eat, very nice. Location was great, easy to walk into Los Cristianos and Playa de la Americas.

When checking out reception doesn’t open till 9am, had to speak to someone in an office to check out and leave my receipt for deposit to be refunded. Slightly annoying when you have an early flight.

Great location, 5 mins walking distance from the closest beach. The flat is quiet, handy and has everything you need for a short stay. There's cleaning staff almost every day to make the room tidy

Not the cleanest property I’ve ever been to Pool opening hours aren’t great 10-6 so especially in summer months definitely want earlier than this Cocktails although delicious are served in paper cups, could do plastic cocktail glasses - would be a bit nicer.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

5 star breakfast and the staff were very courteous and polite. Sun loungers very comfortable and sturdy and they were free. Rooms cleaned daily.

A few points to improve- Check in- slow. We were waiting at the desk for quite sometime. The guy on reception had us waiting for around 20 minutes. As we had already booked online and check in our passports we were starting to get a bit internally agitated at this. We had just completed a 3 day hike so we wanted to quietly check in, get our keys and go. I believe this could be resolved fairly easily Air-conditioning- This was the largest disappointment. During our stay it hit 30 degrees- unsurprisingly when you are on the same Latitude as the Sahara desert! The hotel rooms do not have any AC in the rooms. The rooms are very hot, even at night which impacted our parties sleep. Frustratingly, the receptionist suggested we rent AC....which they don't have themselves suggesting that we use an external company which would have been a hassle....if that were even a possibility as our first night was a Sunday and the companies were closed. This needs to be improved,. especially as this hotel has many northern European customers which frankly melt in this level of heat. Further frustration came when the receptionist acted as if this is totally the norm. Perhaps the website has this information stated but his was not made clear enough. Breakfast-There was no breakfast included and there was no option to join in which was disappointing. I am unsure if I was made aware of this, so it could well be stated somewhere but it was not immediately obvious and I would reason this to be fairly standard for most hotels. This was a disappointment.

Location- Excellent location. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and fairly easy to get to the airport or the strips downtown. Cleanliness- Excellent, rooms were tidy, clean and well managed. Pool area and reception were immaculate Staff- fairly friendly. Were not enormously responsive. But definitely friendly. Amenities- fairly average but good for the price

There wasn’t anything in particular to dislike, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we were out exploring Tenerife.

The first thing I noticed when we arrived was the smell in the lobby! It was a beautiful clean scent, that extended to the lobby toilets which were really clean too. We had the most basic room & it was a great size (2 bedrooms and a sofa bed) and was definitely good value for money as it could sleep around 6 people. The receptionists were helpful and always on hand. The hotel & pool area was quiet, clean and relaxed with plenty of sunbeds, I’m not sure if this is due to the time of year we visited. It’s a decent location from the centre, about 5 mins if that in a car or an E-Scooter, and only a couple mins walk from the beach. Will definitely be revisiting this hotel!
