Too small room (if you come for the night it's manageable but if you plan to atay for couple of days, it's definitely too small). Very old hotel and everything inside including furniture. Lack of soundproofing so you can hear people in other rooms (we even herd what people were whispering in the room next to us...).

The main thing was the noise. We were in a room next to the elevator and every time someone came up the lift it was like they were passing right through our bed! That went on until well after midnight, and started again very early in the morning. Maybe we were just unlucky with the room. The rest, the run down 70's decor and faded (original?) carpets you pretty much expect from the photos. If it wasn't for the exceptional noise I would have marked it up much higher because the hotel is not trying to be anything other than what it is.

The hotel is what I expected, a slightly run down 1970´s ski hotel. The staff were great.

The room cleanliness could have been slightly improved, only in that there were cobwebs in the bathroom and dust over the floor under the desk, but otherwise the housekeeping was fine. The hairdryer was slightly melted which was a little concerning so I didn’t use this. The other improvement needed was the towels as they were thin and rather frayed round the edges in places but the toiletries included were really good. There is no kettle in the room.

The location of the property is excellent and an easy 10 minute walk into Vielha. It is an old fashioned property although reception is airy and modern although the aesthetics elsewhere are very dated and are worn, for example the corridor carpets are threadbare in places. The bar area though is airy, light and comfortable, as was the dining room. Outside and terrace and pool was a nice addition as well had fantastic weather. The room was relatively small and quite dark (because of the style building) but it was perfectly adequate and we had a comfortable three days. The bathroom was perfectly acceptable also and the shower was good. We had breakfast one day and I felt it very good value for 12€. The drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced and Mario was lovely! The staff we encountered were all friendly. There was a steamer iron available at reception.

Although the hotel could do with a bit of a refurbish, it was absolutely spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Great breakfast too. Friendly & helpfull staff. very well situated in Vielha, on the frindge of the town, so it very quiet away from the busy town center but very close to walk too.

It’s a bit outdated. Furniture from the 70s and pool not inviting. Our room was tiny.

The hotel is perfectly located and great value for the money. We took the half board option and both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Very friendly staff.

The room was a bit dated, but this is only a small part that we didn’t like and wouldn’t stop us visiting again.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing, the staff, especially the waiters were super friendly, great location. The swimming pool and games room was a great area to relax and have fun in. We will definitely visit again.

We were visiting the area for a ultra trail run. It was so refreshing to have friendly and helpful staff, in all areas of the hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We slept soundly. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The dinner buffet was also good. We recommend this hotel and would book here again.

The bathrooms were not clean. They just looked clean. It had smell. I saw incest on floor. The sink was dirty. There was no airconditioner. The staff was not cooperating. The hotle meds renovation. Its too old now. The ferniture needs some replacements. The lady on the reception is so rude needs to be replaced. We were given no garbage bin

The ‘hot’ buffets were either warm or near cold. Please put some heaters under the food. Perhaps there was a microwave to hand, I didn’t look. And what on earth is with the powdered juice at breakfast, I’ve not experienced that since the USA in the 1990’s at dirt cheap motels!!

Solo traveller, arriving by bike, 1 night half board. Friendly and happy staff in all areas. Perfectly clean room, no complaint that it was small, I knew that when booking. Room not tired or worn out at all, bed comfortable, good bedding. Bathroom smart, clean and not worn. Rooms have been updated as needed recently, new shower, central wall control for radiator heating. Style is dated yes, but I don’t choose based on decor. Lots of choice at buffet dinner, meats, salads, potato dishes, pastas, salads, pizza. Good selection of desserts, fruit and vegetable ice cream. Lots of choice at buffet breakfast, hot food, bread, cheeses, meats, fruit, yoghurt etc. Easy parking for cars out front, looked safe, I’d use it. Short easy stroll (1km) downhill in to town. A bus load of teenagers staying were put on a floor just for them, so no disturbance to other guests. I’ve stayed in many hotels that would not have been so thoughtful, top marks for that. Secure storage for bicycles, always locked room right next to reception, key held by reception.

Not a 4* hotel, 2* at the most - how this is still rated 4*, and is allowed to charge the corresponding rates, is a complete mystery! Feels like a rip-off! Interiors look run down, with a lot of wear and lack of cleanliness and in need of a major refurbishment. The simplest rooms are tiny. No refreshment facility for guests who arrive before their check-in time. Best to avoid

Location, as within walking distance of Veilha (although not with an good path for pedestrians) and on side towards Baqueira Beret, so not requiring driving trought Veilha to get to the ski resort. Nothing else to like.
