FranceWe didn't like the mega pillow for 2 and the bed was quite small. There was no hairdryer. There was lots of condensation on the walls and windows, making the room damp. The heating system didn't start before 9pm.
It was close to some bakery, coffee place and shops in Las Arenas village. Having a parking spot was great for our rental car. There was a bath tub well appreciated after our 24kms hike and a large wardrobe.

United KingdomIt is stated that check in is at 3pm. When we arrived we entered our room and it wasn't ready for us. We had to wait another hour for it to be cleaned, which was fine but there had been no mention of a delay or any apology for us having to wait in the lobby for an hour along with other guests.
Really lovely room and a good location. The staff were helpful in letting us store our bags at the hotel before check in.

BelgiumThere was no one from the hotel to welcom us for the check in. We got the key from a secure box with a code. Very upsetting. We had to send our IDs in order to check in. Moreover the host didn’t answer our question before our arrival.
