The property was seen better days and was unfortunately neglected in maintenance and quality of furniture we needed to use the patio chairs and table, because inside our room those items was non existent.

The Pool and parking was great. The bad was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Remote and rural place, room in extra house, heating and hot water supply to be improved, bathroom and room is old and run down. Internet did not work properly despite having WiFi signal.

Overall very nice I would recommend pillows on the chairs by the pool. Although you are more in the water to sunbath it is kind of hard and uncomfortable after a while. To have a small fridge in the room would be a plus.

Very friendly staff, quiet environment, pool was great clean and a good size. Not far from Ronda . The restaurant serves very nice food . We had on the 2nd floor the corner apartment and was nice private with views on tennis and the pool. Aircon in the room was great

Breakfast was only coffee and bread. Basically just carbs - not exactly what we prefer. You could feel the moisture on the tiles of the floor, which is not very pleasant when the floor is a bit cold. It took several minutes before the tap water in the shower got warm, however, luckily eventually it did.

Having dinner in the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The car parking was very good. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious. Since it was a bit cold it was good that the room had a portable electric heating device.

Communication with the hotel was an absolute disaster. They completely ignored all messages sent through Booking and failed to fulfil the flexibility offered at the time of reservation. Booking.com was also equally useless by not resolving the situation.

The hotel seemed to be a good option to explore Ronda and the surrounding area.

The walls of the apartment had no sound insulation at all, and when people were in the next-door apartment, it was as if they were in our room. The lighting was very dim. Sometimes it took ages for any hot water to come through, and on our last morning there was no hot water at all. When I went to inform the owners and check out, the office/bar was all locked up. The second night we had mosquitoes in our room which kept us awake.

The surrounding gardens were pleasant, if a bit run-down. The staff were pleasant. There was ample parking.

Warning ⚠️ The pic's are edited!!! So this place is nothing like the pictures. The whole place is dry, overgrown and shabby. On arrival, no one spoke a word of English and didn't want to take us to our room. Why? Cause it's a scam. My 'budget room' doesn't have a single picture on the listing. So we eventually find our room that is in a corner of the ground right on the motorway. The furniture outside is broken and stained and there in glass all over the place. Also, lots of ants nests. Anyway, after buying a kettle, cold box and air fryer we tried to make the best of it. Unfortunately, everything is so run down its unusable. The outdoor cooking areas are filthy, the mini golf is overgrown, the playground is gone. I actually took a shard of flint in the foot. No pool attendance so we took turns cleaning the bugs out ourselves. Unfortunately, it got worse when another family took the room next to us. They kept us up till 4am every night. I eventually told them off myself (3 night's of it) but low an behold the staff came over and told me to keep it down! Go fish Our beds where stained, they didn't change the bedding once, didn't mop once...had to buy my own broom for the outside. The kitchen sink only had cold water plumbed in and was covered in Ants I want my money back but the hotel are not responding

The hotel has a nice pool and a minigolf course. It's close to Ronda.

The whole complex is huge, with gardens, a big swimming pool, play areas for kids and space for camping. When we were there, the season had not started and we had the whole place to ourselves. The restaurant /bar provides good breakfast, dinner and drinks. It is easy to find, easy to park and only 15 minutes from Ronda.
