AustraliaPerfect spot, round the corner from cathedral, restaurants, parks. Front of desk staff were amazing, helpful, friendly, great recommendations. Great value breakfast, lovely staff. Pillows- memory foam, sooo comfortable! Room had a big windows, small balcony to sit in. Great stay! Thank you! PS take a chance on the 12pm mass, especially if there's a queue, you may get to see the bufumiero in action!

The location was perfect-steps away from the cathedral and dozens of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself was superbly appointed-an exceptionally restored historic building with classic features like original wood bands and stone walls intact. The front desk is staffed around the clock which made it very stress free to get a taxi to the airport on the morning of our departure. Just make sure you let them know the day before.

She recommended a couple of local events taking place that evening, anticipated some of the things I might need for the next day and did it all with the brightest smile and warmest approach. PolandOur bathroom was not clean properly (hair) - it was removed once we asked, but still some were left which should not have happened considering the price. We didn’t feel 100% comfortable about using the bathroom.
A perfect location, just at the cathedral. Very helpful staff at the reception desk. We got a map with plenty of hand written information. Breakfast - simple but correct. Nice, spacious room. They have a deal with a parking nearby - San Clemente - with the discount of around 3€ we paid 15€/night. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.
