The room was very small, there was no refrigerator, which I think is a must have for a hotel and the decorative pillows smelled just awful, that was the most unpleasant thing. There was very bad noise from outside, because of the restaurant in the area, they were throwing glass bottles in the trash can, so that wasn’t very pleasant.

The location is nice. They cleaned our room every day. The blonde waitress was very friendly.

I wouldn't say dislike, but it would benefit having a small fridge and smaller sink in the bathroom so you can move around better and a plug that fits the sink.

Everything was brilliant. The breakfast was included, and it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was all amazing, and I would book again. Definitely recommend.

My room was quite small and as I am a tall guy who had a double bed, that pretty much was my room, the room didn't have a fridge, but that was probably my fault for not checking, my main discomfort was the distance between the toilet and shower, I am over 6 foot tall and this meant some discomfort, overall room was ok and as it was mainly used for sleeping, showering and changing it was fine

Room was tiny but there are bigger room. I don't think I got the room I paid for or there may have been a bigger option. Service by staff is hit and miss. Not to friendly for a hotel I would expect more. Did over charge me by$600 euros but once I notify them they quickly fixed it.

Brilliant location in the heart of Old Town. Close to beach. Great bars and restaurants so close. Nice breakfast included. Very clean and rooms serviced so well everyday.

The only issue is that the reason I gave 9 instead of 10 is the safe box issue. On my booking, it says that the room has a safe box and tv and so on. It didn't say that to get the unlock code to use the safe box is a charge in cash. Depending on the number of days you stay at the hotel , you find out this from the staff how much is to be paid for the code . I do not know if there is a mistake in Booking.com listing or is an auto-tipping of the staff .

Clean place , very, very close to the beach, in the city old town , bit noisy but who can expect soundproof in any old town area of any city. Staff was very polite and had breakfast good , a few options to choose from , and a good price-quality ratio , what you pay you get definitely.

My room was at the back being overlooked so had to keep the curtains drawn. Not sure if the price per room reflects that but I would pay more if given a choice.

One or two large all male rowdy groups needed to wind the neck in down but otherwise nothing to dislike, I’ve stayed at this place 2 or 3 times before and will again.

Nothing to dislike, just the configuration of the bathroom could be better, but space is an issue, so it's designed the best they could. You don't spend to much time in the bathroom, so it does its job!

I was a little jubious about this hotel, as it was such a good price, to good to be true to be honest! But it didn't disappoint, yes, it's a little noisy as it is right on Tapas Alley, but it does clearly state that and the reviews make the reader well aware of this. However, I asked for a balcony room with a sea view and it was just perfect (room 63!). At the back of the hotel, so away from the busy street area, yes, if you stayed in a room at the front it would be noisy. The roof-top terrace is a fantastic spot, not really known to people who aren't staying in the hotel, so it doesn't get to busy, this is a real fantastic perk to this hotel. The staff are lovely, so very friendly. The breakfast was lovely, not a buffet but a varied choice and what you get is very nice, plenty enough for us anyway.
