Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only downside for me was the 'path' down the back to the beach, it is more of a man made sand/stone path which you need to be wearing proper shoes for so bear that in mind unfortunately the back gate was broken so although i could walk down i was unable to use the same route back up as couldn't get back into the hotel grounds as key was stuck in the lock which prevented you gain access but hopefully this will be fixed.
there was a security guard on site who was able to give us the keys and also direct me in the correct direction of room. the location of the hotel was very good although it was at the top of the hill so if you have problems walking this might be an issue. The room was cleaned regularly and the pool area was always clean and tidy.

SpainWe knew what we were booking - Typical hotel in the south of GC, built in the 80's and never renovated. We were't expecting anything fancy even though it wasn't cheap. But the kitchen is very, verry poorly equipped. They don't provide you with a wine bottle opener or even cutting knives.. The shower isn't great either, water gets all over bathroom floor. We had a good time cause we were in a good mood but probably would't recommend this place to a friend.
The security guard who works at the property is great. Super friendly. There's a decent amount of parking around.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Has a bar and serves food, well stocked shop. Lovely big balcony with umbrella and sunbeds. Decent price. Wasn't sure about it when we arrived but it grew on us. Would book again.

United KingdomWe had two family's staying under us and a couple above us, so a little noisy, but the way most properties are built on the Island and people sliding chairs and tables in stead of lifting them it will happen in most complexes.
The view to the right was lovely of the sea, the sun was on the balcony most of the day. The cleaner came in most days and looked after us, the shop was handy also. There is a small bar where you can get a drink and food, but we did not use it so can not say what it was like.

Quiet location, lovely balcony and views, host is friendly and accomodating. Walk to beach is about 20 minutes which was good for us, but you need fair fitness to get back up the hill! Steps up from Puerto Rico beach are a killer even for average fitness!

IrelandNo one available for Check-In on arrival at 6.30pm on the Thursday - no one answering the contact phone numbers left on the main gate, left on the street for over an hour until another guest opened the gate. Apartment was bottom of a block number 34, no sunlight & no view as promised. No hot water in the apartment for the whole week - complained twice with no resolution. Bathroom was flooded. Sewerage smell in kitchen. Pretty awful experience to be honest, and not particularly cheap. I’ve stayed in other apartments in Puerto Rico with lower nightly rates and much better quality accommodation. Staff were friendly but didn’t seem to be in a position to assist with any of the issues experienced, certainly nothing changed over the course of the week including hot water availability which I’d have thought was a basic necessity!

LatviaFor some reason described button to push don't work to get in. Hotel built in 80 or later but never ever renovated. If something broken-repaired with worst quality. Water all around from shower. No AC. No wi-fi. At least I didn't find any info in room about it or how to log. You need car to live there. Room for 95eur worth 25eur. For the moment worst hotel in my memory for 95eur without breakfast. I tried to do last minute travel and its a big mistake-you never find good places to stay in Gran Canaria. It is overbooked also after New Year vacations. Places which cost 30eur will ask you 90 eur for 1 night stay.
Nice view to ocean. Parking for free. Beach down hill is nice.

United KingdomIt was smelly smell from toilets sewage smell all day night 100 steps to door entrance no view but concrete path was told immigrants stay ther. Just crappy smelly room. Toilet gad stains on floor and shower rail dident cover bath so water ran every Wer after shower. Toilet was flooded. Told people at reception and no refund or anything. No one really bothered. Stay well away appartment in middle nowwer so you either walk up bank or taxi every were but then you have to walk to taxi rank.

United KingdomThe breakfast was excellent, buffet style with bacon, sausage etc, you were asked if you wanted your eggs fried or an omelette and these were cooked fresh. There was also a continental breakfast available with fresh juice, eat as much as you want. Coffee was included in good value price.
