The hotel had a beautiful yard where you can relax. The staff was very kind and friendly. It was very clean, and the cleaning service came every day. The rooms are old, but taken care of. True the hallway has seen better days, but all in all it is a good budget-friendly hotel with a great location in the city

The rooms are very outdated in an old pink kind of color, it looks worn down, the hallway up to our room looks very run down, the orinal light pink color got black-ish from the dirt.

The hotel has a beautiful garden and very nice pool. The staff was very friendly, and it had a decent breakfast

Pool /terrace bar only opened at 4pm . We would have liked to be able to have access to snacks, ice cream and drinks throughout the day.

The room is not as it was on the picture on booking and I really think they sholud change the windows and put a blanket in the wardrobe just in case it is cold, because nights were really cold when we were staying there and the staff in kitchen should learn english as soon as possible.

Breakfast was really good, a lot of different options, and the location is perfect, the city centre is 5 minutes away, as well as the beach.

We paid for more expensive room and our balcony was so small we could not sit out on it, no chairs fit. You could just about stand on it. All pool view rooms which were cheaper had a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area does not really get much sun during the day from shade of surrounding buildings, I would have really liked a balcony I could sit and enjoy sun and at premium rate of pay expected that from pictures.

Location was excellent, close to beach, close to all shops bars and restaurants in quiet location. Breakfast was a good variety of food for a 3 star hotel and tasted good.

The pictures on the booking. Com website of the rooms are not what we were given,the grounds and reception were fantastic but the 5/6 story block built on the side is at best dated and scruffy the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from both sides above and below, bed was OK, small balcony with a metal grill for a view,bathroom very dated,hallway dark no natural light black shiny track on carpet the main accommodation block is in serious need of renovation throughout

The rooms are a bit old, not clean enough , the wardrobe was fully dirty. The first room that we got had a bed which was making a sound even if you seat, and we didnt slept all night long. The isolation is very bad , you hear everything from the floor above, and the speaking of the cleaning womens in the early morning. After that we asked on reception for a change, the guy was polite and gave us another room which was much better.

The breakfast is the best. The location is the best one you can have in Loret, near the beach, in the center, near the Bus Station, market, cafes , restourants..

bit noisy at night with people leaving the club, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!

breakfast was good,same choices everyday and not hugely exciting but a good range of meats and fruit with some cooked components. nice to have included. room was nice and spacious with a large balcony but we did pay extra for the poolside view option, and think we ended up with the nicest one in the building (damascu)! site all well maintained and clean, pool was nice. located on the edge of the high street with just a 5/10 min walk to the centre for dinner or the nearest spar. nicest beaches are a bit further along the front but still not a long walk. also near to the bus station for coaches to barcelona (must prebook online!!)

The walls are thin so you can hear a lot from other rooms. The bathroom at times had a bit of a bad smell, it seemed to be coming from the drains, after we ran some water it seemed to go.

This hotel is really beautiful, the reception area and bar are styled really lovely. It is great value for money and very well located close to the shops and restaurants within Lloret. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The rooms were basic but comfortable and cleaned very well every day. Aircon in the room worked very well. The bar had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and Drinks were great, very well priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very old and not nice, however very clean. Pictures on booking are just expectation vs. reality. The hotel in the part of the corridors leading to rooms just simply requires rennovation. In my opinion too expensive for such experience, however we booked almost last minute, thus I believe price could have been better if we’ve booked in advance. The parking was a huge dissapointment for me, but it’s related to Booking as such - when I am filtering hotels to have a parking I expect it to be included in the price and available, however in reality it might be the case that it’s either for additional price, non-reservable or only public parking, thus be very very careful about parking question.

The properties are alright, but looking much better than in the pictures. Staff is pretty friendly except for one girl from the reception. Breakfast was okayish, pretty standard for the hotels, but almost no fresh vegetables.
