How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The beds were very uncomfortable, one of them was very small for two adults, the kitchenette is poorly equipped, and the sofa in the living room could really use a bigger one.
The owner, Jose, was very kind and accommodating. He met all our needs, and we haven’t had such a good experience in a long time. The apartment is very nice and clean, and the pool was well maintained too.

If we are to be picky, waste disposal and recycling instructions could be displayed, and separate recycling containers provided.
We loved the quiet location. Ses Salines is big enough to be lively in the evenings (with great restaurants), but small enough that it is otherwise quiet and easy to walk. We also loved the pool, for a cooling and relaxing dip. We also loved that the accommodation is in easy distance of loads of lovely beaches and Palma.

The whole place was really nice, located in quite a nice town close to restaurants. You have a small shop nearby. To beaches max 20 minutes drive. Communication with the owner was every time without any problems. In the room we found some useful things for kids and beach time. We can just recommend this place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rooms Can Moreno, and we're thrilled to share what a delightful experience it was. The spacious apartment provided a comfortable home away from home, complete with thoughtful amenities that saved us from extra expenses. The serene town of Ses Salines offered the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the nearby restaurants were a culinary delight. Convenient street parking made our explorations hassle-free. We must mention the host's warm and friendly nature, which added a personal touch to our stay.

There is no dish washer - but then again it’s holiday and we have plenty of time.
We had a great stay - the upper apartment has it all and was perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. And the pool is fantastic. Joseph is a wonderful host - our best recommendations.

I missed more big mugs for having a big coffee, and more sockets.
Location and a nice small village to stay. Cosy restaurants.

We stayed in apartment b which was sadly disappointing. Although it is a 2 bedroom apartment, due to renovations to expand it means the second bedroom only has an internal window which faces into the lounge room. The bathroom similarly only had an internal window into the kitchen which was so awkward for us staying as a couple with a friend that our friend had to find accommodation elsewhere as we were unable to shower with the window open. The smell from the drains was also unbearable in the heat and while I appreciate Josep did what he could and this might be more of a local authority issue, the fact that there were no external windows for three bathroom made this much worse.
The apartment was tastefully furnished and was bright and clean. The location and proximity to a number of restaurants and local bakery, supermarket and shops was ideal. It was also very accessible to beautiful local beaches. The pool area and outside seating were a welcome relief from the heat and the pool was a good size.

Due to the pictures, we thought the pool was only for this flat but there was another flat above which used the pool as well. Just a pity, so maybe it is helpful to make it a little bit more clear. And the flat is not quite soundproved as we heard every step of the family of four above us.
We had a great time, the flat was very clean and good equipped.

The basic facilities were poor, I.e the shower (the shower head was not functional and the hot water was very limited), the absence of a kettle or frying pan, the bad smell / odour every morning / evening coming from the toilet and finally the tap water didn’t taste right at all. I don’t think it acceptable given the price paid.
The pool. A really great addition for those who do not want to join the battle of the beaches and parking dilemmas.

The smell of the apartment, probably from the wc, amd we ran completely out of water for two days
The apartment is big enough and comfortable.
