A little dated but location makes up for it!

Perfect location 5 minute walk from the marina and across the promenade from the beach. Lovely pool which was quiet during our stay. Debbie the agent has an office close by and is very helpful.

No Aircon in the bedrooms and one fan in the first bedroom is too noisy to keep on at night. The pool was out of bounds until 5 days into our 7 day stay.

More or less everything. The location is excellent. The gardens and grounds are very well maintained. It was very easy to find our way around and the marina area is excellent for food and drink.

Occasionally there was traffic noise from the nearby main road.

The apartment was well provisioned with a separate kitchen and shower room. It's on the 6th floor and there's a very good sea view from the living room and balcony. There is aircon in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the lovely traffic-free promenade overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with lots of bars and restaurants. We had very good support from the agents. Although the aparthotel had a pool, we didn't make use of it.

We had a lovely stay and was very pleased with the accommodation. Debbie was very helpful and always replied to me quickly. Only negative was the beds were not very comfortable and we found them to be quite hard (but that’s probably personal choice) Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would stay again.

There are no signs to the reception and it is towards the back on the right side.

Location excellent and quiet even though it is set back from the main road . Keys were left in a key safe and code sent to me.

The TV in the bedroom wasn't very good, bad signal or something, quite useless. Also, the choice of a Tassimo coffee maker isn't ideal, it's much easier to get hold of Dolche Gusto or Nespresso capsules. A normal filter machine would be even better. We did eventually find a store with Tassimo though, the Carrefour Market.

Everything went as planned, easy to find, the host had an office next door, all good. The apartment was clean, and the terrace was huge, absolutely loved it. The building itself could use a little TLC, but apparently that is happening this spring, so ;)

Being so close to the road it was a bit noisy at night.

The outside of the building looks tired and in need of repair. With it being a residential apartment block I’m not sure who would foot the bill. Don’t let the outside detract from interior though. We had a fabulous 11night stay.

It would have been nice to have some British speaking tv but the tv had netflix and prime available and the bed was a little smaller than we are used to but all in all 100%

The room was on the 9th floor and the view was exceptional it was clean and modern with a very comfy couch the lifts were super quick and always empty a very quiet relaxing place the pool was closed but we don't normally use the pool we were greeted by Debbie in the estate agents outside of property a very cheerful and helpful for the keys.

It would be good to have some soap and shampoo etc in the bathrooms. Apartment had a very bad smell - may just have been due to the rain??

No air conditioning in any of the bedrooms The bunk beds - it would have been better with 2 single beds There wasn't enough seating in the lounge for 6 people No quilts available, just covers Only one bath and hand towel per person - was not enough for 4 nights

The pool was closed which was a shame as we booked the apartment as it had a pool. We understand that it was a council decision but would have been nice to know this is a possibility before we booked. We were told by the agent but by then we had paid and it was too late to find alternative accommodation. A small discount would have been a good gesture .

Location was excellent practically on the beach, shops and bars on the doorstep. Lovely view of the marina and sea.

The only downside was there are not enough sockets.
