We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe hotel is tired and outdated, but that in itself would have been fine We found the food expensive - we paid 56E for a paella for 2. Breakfast was uninspiring and we were charged per item… which maybe should be made clearer on the Booking.com website.
The location was good - at the top of the cliff overlooking the bay; the hotel had a lovely terrace next to the car park overlooking the bay. The staff tried very hard and were very attentive. Hotel was very clean.

United KingdomThere was a hidden parking cost with nowhere else nearby to park. The fire exit light in the room was super bight at night. No remote for the AC. Shower pressure was very low and the fixture was broken.
The view from both the room and the terrace was spectacular! The interior of the hotel was stylish. The staff were friendly and despite the global wifi meltdown checked us in efficiently. It's an amazing spot to watch the sunset and view over the city, beach and mountains. We were fortunate to catch a local festival.

United KingdomA place named “Gastronomiquo” should have had quality meals available, not just salads for an evening arrival. They shouldn’t need air fresheners to mask an earthy smell. There could have been a plug for each bathroom unit. There shouldn’t have been a spider lurking in the bathroom. Breakfast was a total non-event
Staff very friendly and helpful. We walked down to Laredo and found an excellent restaurant El Faro.
