Beds were comfy but top cover was a little scratchy. Heard springing in bed occasionally - not sure comfort levels for more than a few nights - but for us was fine.

Location and view from balcony was great. The air conditioning was through a central system, which often isn't great but worked really well during a heat wave. It was fantastic. A friendly and quick check in!

Stayed in room 604 and had what sounded like a washing machine attached to one of the walls of our room!! Noise was horrendous!!

Location is perfect for beach and walking into town. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Only stayed one night as was meeting friends staying nearby.

Beds were not the most comfortable, but not a major negative for us.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, wonderful balcony. Right on the promenade and the beach, so an excellent location. Many restaurants nearby.

A FEW steps up to the hotel entrance, not a problem to us but pointing out just in case of mobility problems. Nothing to dislike.

Location is spot on, right in front of a lovely beach. We had a room on the fifth floor with a balcony overlooking the beach which offered fantastic views over the bay. The hotel itself is 'no frills' which is what I expected and liked. Having said that, although basic facilities, it is great value and was spotlessly clean. We only stayed for one night and there was everything I needed. Nearby there are plenty of places to eat, no food facilities in the hotel itself. Staff very friendly although English was limited, not a problem for us.

There was no signal for WiFi at all room was at side of building, bought our own data allowance for the 3 days and still couldn’t get signal in the hotel, wasn’t gappy as we both wasted are money because the signal was rubbish. We didn’t require WiFi outside the hotel as my friend lives there so connected to her WiFi.

I was surprised to find there was no food options as the restaurant has been permanently closed so we had to go out to find breakfast etc. You could buy small cans of beer from reception but there wasn't an open residents bar as such. Sometimes you don't feel like going out and a restaurant and bar within the hotel would have been ideal, although this is not a deal breaker by any means. All in all myself and my son enjoyed our stay there.

Perfectly situated with wonderful views of the beaches and the Mar Menor! Surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was also spotlessly clean.

Wifi weak

Lovely location right on the beach. Very fast check in. It is an old, basic and traditional Spanish hotel however spotlessly clean room and friendly staff.

Unfortunately ( for the hotel ) it’s a building on the beach exactly in front of the hotel taking the lovely view of the beach, so if you’re on the 1st or 2nd floor you won’t be able to enjoy the view unless you are on the balcony where you will be able to see it on left or right..

Friendly welcome to the hotel. 24hr reception where you can purchase any drinks you may need. Great location near the beach with many bars and restaurants within a short walk. Room clean with a fridge and decent size bathroom.

Slow broadband

We were on the top floor and the views were spectacular.

The room is very basic, nothing for us to drink. We had to go out of the hotel to get something to eat and drink. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel is closed. We went to coffee shops nearby.

I loved the very helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy. The helpful receptionist gave us another pillow for our beds and a bottle of water. Our view from our bedroom was of the sea, which was amazing.
