Everything was perfect. Our room was calm and silent, our stay was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Parking is available near the hotel and the beach is only a short walking distance away.

The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choices. The lunch and dinner menus, also, gave a number of options. The garden area was very calm and tranquil, as was the hotel décor. The location of the hotel was excellent, being mid-way along the bay and within a few minutes walk of El Sardinero.

The only little thing was that the AC shuts off when you leave the room. And it doesn’t go below 20 degrees. So it can’t be a little too hot

A hotel which is really worth its four stars, everything was of high quality. Spacey, clean and modern room with very comfortable bed. Wide selection of food for breakfast that one could have in the very nice garden. There is private parking lot a five minutes walk from the hotel. The two nicest beaches of Santander are only a few minutes walk.

We'd have liked a mirror in the bedroom as well as the bathroom, especially a full-length one. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't especially bright so we found it hard to do our make up (our room was west facing too). But these are only tiny niggles!

The hotel is lovely, modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the garden and the pool area was clean and inviting. Our room had a coffee machine rather than a kettle, but you can still use it to make tea if you bring teabags! The shower was great and the bed extremely comfortable. You're only a few minutes away from the beach and there are several bus stops nearby. The rooms at the back look over the garden and the balconies at the front provide you a side-on view of the sea! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

There was some building going on in the section next to the pool but it wasn't too bad and you couldn't hear it from inside. No jug in the room to make tea. The gym was very basic.

The staff were fabulous and the pool was lovely. We had two rooms and in one we found the airconditioning a bit tricky but we got it sorted. Breakfast was good. Parking was free on the street and we got a park easily. Beach is lovely and very close. There was a small bottle of wine and nuts in the room which was complimentary. We also arrived early and one room was ready for us which was really appreciated.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We had an amazing time there. Room is made with so much attention to details, very stylish and cozy. Great location just 1 min from gorgeous Sardinero beach. Breakfast with local specialties was excellent. Staff is friendly and willing to help with anything you may need.

Breakfast only started at 8am so we couldn't avail of it on our last day but the staff made us up a picnic to take with us, so it worked out fine.

What a perfect, small, luxury hotel. We arrived at the end of a two week, seven hotel, trip. Had we started here, we wouldn't have left. Superb design. Brilliant location. Friendly, helpful team. Wonderful, creative food, no need to go out.

Two pointers for improvement- it would have been good to have conditioner and not just shampoo; and it annoyed me how the tv came on when you entered the room every time.

Absolutely incredible breakfast, so fresh and tasty and lots of options. Staff very friendly. Very comfortable bed and I appreciated the water and coffee provided as part of the room. The pool was great, a real plus when the beach was too windy.
