The view from the suite was into stairs vs courtyard or something pretty. Minor items to be honest and not a deal breaker.

The staff were fantastic - my husband took a turn and couldn’t walk, the staff organized a wheel chair through What’s App messages. So responsive and helpful. The location is also brilliant, so close to everything. Our suite was also gorgeous.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rey Alfonso X. The location is wonderful, a 5-15 minute walk to all the iconic spots. Staff were great, room was great. Rooftop pool was great. Couldn’t fault it.

Only one suggestion and that is for a handrail in the centre of the steps leading from the front door up to reception. If you have mobility issues or painful legs/knees, then you have to go to one side of the steps to access a handrail, as there was a stand-up type advert/poster obscuring the other side handrail. A central handrail would be a definite bonus.

Fantastic room with bath and shower, overlooking street with bars/cafe which we liked. Housekeeping kept everything spotless. Fantastic staff in breakfast room, front desk, pool area. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Outstanding location. Amazing choice at breakfast

Asked the gal at the front desk for hand soap, and she told me they didn't have any. Then I asked the gal who dropped off the sparkling wine, and she got it for me right away. We loved our stay here and would stay again, but thought that experience was very strange. Tried going to the pool, but we couldn't get a chair anywhere near it.

Excellent location. Nice welcome with sparkling wine. Rooms are very spacious. Good breakfast. Valet parking!

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Seville. The staff are exceptional, extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace and bar is fantastic, the views of the city are amazing. The breakfast is first class.

Beautiful hotel. Really central/walking distancel to all attractions. Rooftop pool / good AC was much needed due to the heat of July. Complementary bottle of bubbly appreciated and added touch that makes this hotel stand out. Did not use the restaurant due to lots of local choice. Permitted us to use pool even after checkout .

The lane pool hours weren’t convenient since it only opened at 11 am. The pool water had a lot of chlorine, one could smell it from the outside and on a late afternoon there were too many people using it to cool off and relax. Therefore I would suggest management to consider opening earlier in the morning so one could swim before they start the day and avoid the crowd. Out of the two pillows one could be a little softer.

I liked everything about this property the location in old town, the modern design inside, cleanliness and choice of materials, large room with noiseless air conditioning, quality towels replaced every day, nice shower + bidet in bathroom, comfortable bed. Solarium on rooftop with shower to cool off + a small lane pool.

The position was perfect. It was close to lots of cafes & easy walking distance to the Cathedral & Plaza de Espana. The laundromat is across the road which was handy & the pool area is lovely. Pool is small but good for a quick swim after a hot day. There is a Flamenco dance show around the corner that was fantastic

Very large room. Extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Excellent AC which was needed as temperatures in Seville were very high. Very central. 5min walk to Cathedral. Bountiful amount of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooftop terrace with a small pool. This was very much appreciated after an afternoon of exploring Seville. Staff were very friendly. Courtesy bottle of Bubbly sent to our room was a lovely touch. Housekeeping were excellent at their jobs. I would come back and certainly recommend to friends.

I felt the shower could use a little bit of a deep clean, but that is a very minor gripe.

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the old quarter, so we could walk everywhere. Staff were very friendly and they provided a map of Seville with recommendations for sites and restaurants, which were great! The room was comfortable, and AC worked great. We were able to check in early and staff provided a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine one night which was so thoughtful.
