We stayed in the sky building floor 5 so we were right next to the stairs to go to the roof top pool, room was clean and the cleaners cleaned every day You are provided with towels to use by the pool which is fab Our room had a hair dryer, safe tv and mini fridge Rooms were spacious too

A full length mirror close to the door would have been beneficial but the mirrored sliderobes beside the bed done the job. Just a personal preference that wouldn't put me off booking again.

Second time staying in this hotel and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect from the modern decor, the cleanliness, the number of pools, facilities and the service and friendliness from staff. The atmosphere around the pool was lovely and there was never an issue getting beds after a sleeping late. We didn't eat around the pool but the cocktails were gorgeous & freshly made to order. Location was perfect for us too - surrounded by beautiful restaurants and a just short walk to the busier bars.

Breakfast was okay. I’ve had better in Mallorca and the coffee machine regularly ran out of milk and husband always had to go and find someone to top it up. Not the hotels fault but of course in Mallorca you’re permitted to smoke on site. The bloke next door to us would sit on his balcony and chain smoke from 4pm to 11pm leaving us almost unable to use our balcony or open our balcony door during the time we were there. There is no toilet at the rooftop pool, this was our biggest bugbear, it meant walking back to our room every time we needed the loo.

Very clean, modern hotel. Staff lovely - especially Pierre, Magda and Israel who all made an effort to get to know us and were very friendly. Nice location, stones throw from the beach and lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance. Cocktails were delicious. Lunch had good choices and the lunch team were always very upbeat and cheerful. We booked a premium roof so had access to the rooftop pool, which for us was perfect, it’s away from the louder main pools and we could always get sunbeds. We used it every day we were there. Maids did a lovely job. Very comfortable bed. Slippers were a nice touch. WiFi seemed to work well. TV had a few English channels which was really nice. For the money it was a really good value stay. Despite a few little niggles we really enjoyed our time and will be back!

Service: the most unfriendly service was in the restaurant unfortunately. No one was outwardly unpleasant , but they weren’t particularly smiley, or chatty. Again, I didn’t have a bad experience with any of the staff, but the attitude of some of them is quite fed up and tired. That’s entirely understandable as it’s long hours and peak tourist season however when you see the service in other parts of the hotel it gets a bit tiring to be around especially when you’re trying to enjoy your meals. Everyone is human, no one is perfect at all, and everyone has off days, or even weeks, but again when you see the standard upstairs it makes you think about why it can’t be the same downstairs. That being said, they were very efficient at their jobs, but in terms of customer service it didn’t create a particularly comfortable atmosphere each morning and night. I don’t want a red carpet and caviar spoonfed to me, but less huffing and puffing and slamming things down and around would make a huge difference. It wouldn’t put me off coming here again, but it’d definitely be something I’d look out for to see if there’s an improvement.

Location: so central, literally across the road from the beach, wonderful and accessible location! (The A11 bus from the airport will be your best friend) Food: we went half board and were not disappointed once with the food for the entire week. The buffets were delicious, and the poolside snack bar kept us happily tipping over until dinner if we needed. Room: our room was spotless, all facilities worked, bed was super comfy. There’s plenty of wardrobe space also. Service: reception were lovely efficient and friendly. Bar staff were by far the friendliest, they were also great craic and the most welcoming. Could not fault them in the slightest. Pool: they have 2 different pools in the main building and therefore plenty of sun beds and room for everyone! There also wasn’t loads of pressure to get sunbeds unlike many hotels as they serve breakfast til 11 and try to discourage “reserving” sunbeds at unholy hours which really helps take away unnecessary stress on what should be a relaxing getaway.

In the room there could be some extra hangers on the wall so we would hang towels and bags. There was only one elevator working as well

I liked the location. It was pretty close to the beach, many restaurants around and supermarkets where you could get a essentials. The room was big, the AC worked really well, it had a mini bar, the staff was really friendly and helpful! The hotel is amazing, with a few swimming pools, you can get towels and exclusively for the pool too. The breakfast was amazingly good too!

There were not many parasols at the pool area (sky building). Some were broken and we had to go down early to ensure we got one. During the summer it is good to have the option of a parasol especially when it is so hot. Some of the parasols were missing the nail to help them stay up.

Exceptionally clean hotel room and areas around the hotel. Staff are lovely and always welcome you. There is a lot of choice for breakfast food and it is always fresh. Places to store luggage before checking in.

The premium rooms are not joint to the hotel so you have to keep crossing the road for whenever you want anything out of the main hotel like food/drinks and reception plus we had a faulty shower the whole week we was there
