How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A little out of the city centre, but walkable. Very clean and friendly staff. Secure parking was also brilliant.

The shower is set up so water gets all over the floor I’ve never seen one like this The hallway was noisy. We could hear people walking. There’s nothing to absorb sound. I’ve never been anywhere where someone is trying to be quiet and their shoes are making so much noise. Some fabric panels or something that absorbs sounds hanging on the walls would make a huge difference

I guess the worst part is the lightning in the room. I advise the hotel to do something with it to add the value with it. Towels and sheets could be better but I guess with the price I paid this is fair.
Heating function as it should be.

It is situated in a semi industrial area so it is a bit noisy, but after 23:00 it was pretty quiet…
The rooms were clean and reasonably priced - perfect if passing through town…. The restaurant attached is great. Attentive staff, good food that is well priced… The plate of the day was fantastic (€12 for 2 courses and a drink) 👌👌

It is a 20 min walk to the city center, but if you are coming with a car, a good compromise since they offer free hotel parking (free public parking also available around). There is a gym in the backroad of hotel playing loud music in the evening, but luckily they close at about 9pm.
Simple and clean hotel with friendly hosts, good enough if you are coming only for a sleep and explore the city over the day. There is a good restaurant attached to the hotel and big supermarket 1min walk away.

The bathroom needed a bit of maintenance.
The hotel has a cafe attached which was very convenient for breakfast. Being out of the centre means that you have a fair chance of getting a place to park not far from the hotel and the centre is only 20-30 minutes away by foot.

25 minute walk from town. Gym nearby emitted loud music in and off all day which closed window didn’t cut out

A bit chilly in the night. The window is a bit leaky. Hopefully the are blankets in the room.
A small room with two beds, good for one night. Supermarket close to the hotel. Very calm and peaceful place.

Not great. Would not recommend. Pay more and get somewhere better.
A reasonable price for an out of town hotel in Ronda. No food available in the evening. Staff unhelpful in suggesting options close by.....'walk into town'. Too busy to care.

A fridge in the room would have been nice
Clean and comfy room, friendly and really helpful staff. It's located in an industrial area, but pretty close to the center. Parking spots availalbe right out front.

We felt a little bit cold in the room, everything else was fine.
Good for parking our car in front of a hotel, reception anytime, no booking before needed. Provided map with all necessary information. Kind staff. Good bathroom.

Would have been great if there was a fridge.
