I liked the fact you could eat in different restaurants if you go all inclusive ultra. Our cabin had 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. The water skids were fantastic.

GibraltarIt was a high class camping. Although a brilliant idea to recycle the cups the card system is a bit annoying. The shows on site were good but I really did not like the animal shows … as an animal lover i don’t feel the parrots should be in a hot hall entertaining people. Pools by the pool bar could have been a bit cleaner and had a bit of a sewage smell. My cabin window was broken and would not lock which meant I was a bit wrestless at night. When reported they came to fix it and couldn’t be fixed. We were not offered to change cabin or anything.
The property was much better than expected. Cabins were very cute and clean. This place is totally geared for the kids. Food was impressive. The all inclusive is literally all inclusive. App is very good and shuttle buses to centre of Benidorm also included. Members of staff friendly:

IrelandCabins are really close together, not great if you have noisy/messy neighbours. Cabin was clean until I looked under the bed to retrieve case and all dusty. Reception staff poor with very limited English.

United KingdomRooms showing signs of wear and tear , probably due for a refurbishment that's about it . The outdoor pools are all very cold and takes a while to get used to. Each block has a laundry facilities but some of them don't work ,or out of use . Maintenance man takes a while to attend .
This hotel / place offer good quality food and drinks. Anything extra was also reasonable priced , was only photograph sessions Entertainment was great and child appropriate, one particular entertainer was fab was all the children and could speak both English and Spanish. There is also opportunities to also visit other magic facilities free of charge so , always plenty to do as well as . Theme resturants during stay , the idea of it all is really good .

United Kingdomconstant harassment to pay before arrival. 45 min check in as they couldn’t find my payment I had been chased for with over 15 emails and texts. hotel looks very old and tired. non secure parking unless you paid €10 per day. food was not great and we eat out most of the time to avoid. very noisy as cabins on top of each other and no soundproofing and you could here parents 3 cabins along swearing non stop at their kids, so my children kept asking what the words meant !! no hot water most of the time unless you were very lucky which I never seemed to be. the games room had wires everywhere to trip over. no internet wi fi whatsoever.

Activities for kids and entertainment for adults ,there is so many ,just name it-and you will get it⛹️🤾🏄🏊🤽💃...The staff was great trying to please any visitor or resident,even in the abnormal heat😀.The food was delicious,for any taste. Heaven for kids.
