The sofa was quite creaky and uncomfortable and the train line is very noisy overnight.

The padel courts, gym and spa are great facilities to have on site. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

We were impressed by the generous size of this apartment and the fantastic dual pool setup with both indoor and outdoor swimming options. The location was very convenient with easy access to Santander, and having parking in the same building was a great bonus.

The only downside ➖ was the self check-in 🔑. Due to some confusion, I spent about 30 minutes ⏱️ entering the data into the terminal 💻, and after a long trip it felt especially exhausting 😩.

We stayed as a family of four 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 (2 adults + 2 children) in the apartment 🏡. Everything was clean 🧼✨ and the flat had all the essentials 🛋️🍴. We really enjoyed the swimming pool 🏊‍♀️🌞, although the water was very cold ❄️🥶.

The apartment is missing some smaller lights in the living room and bathrooms. We also missed some coat hangers at the entrance and hooks for towels in the bathrooms.

The location was ideal for us, near Santander and the airport. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything you may need during a short stay.

Check in is over the road at the health centre so be prepared to queue with Spanish families waiting to pay for a swim session! People living in the block have dogs and 1 barked none stop from us arriving at 5pm till gone 10pm we complained to the staff at health centre unsure they did anything about it.

Perfect to stop in if you have to catch an early flight from santander airport the next morning. Clean & well equipped. Good shop & bar/restaurant over the road which we used.

Convenient quiet location close to the airport. (We walked here). Good range of shops, businesses, and FEVE cercania stations on two different lines close by.

The apartment was very very noisy, the walls and floors are very thin and you can hear everything from the other apartments, we were woken up every morning at 5 am with people moving, arriving or staff cleaning, so ruined our stay somewhat, consideration of other guests would have been appreciated. There was no need to clean the apartments that early especially as you can't check in until 4pm.

The Spa facilities were amazing and very relaxing, I would highly recommend

Some of the surrounding buildings are a bit gloomy. It isn't the guest's fault of course, but I suggest to compensate the mood with more decoration of the rooms.

We enjoyed the spa a lot, and you can reach the airport in minutes! Centro Comercial Val Real is very close as well. The rooms are wide, and the one of the bathrooms had bidet.
