The room air con had a short timer between on and off. After a while we figured out that it was easier to rotate the temperature knob to a very low temperature, so the air con would stay on with the same white noise continuous, that was very good for sleeping. The only missing point was a little fridge in the room, that was absent, but a local supermarket was just a few steps away, and anything cold could be bought directly from the supermarket, so no big deal.

Good breakfast with all items needed, good quality for the price. Recommended! Location very convenient near Lesseps subway station and around very cozy neighborhood. Recommended! Great local bar, Cerbesaria Lesseps, just 50 meters from the hotel, near the Lesseps subway station. Also Recommeded!

The room I received was different from the photos shown when booking. The pictures showed a bright room with natural light, but in reality, there were no windows at all. The soundproofing was very poor — I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. In the middle of the night, someone was knocking on doors and watching TV loudly, which made it hard to sleep

There was no fridge or minibar in the room, so it was pretty difficult to have cold water. I couldn’t store a yogurt or anything like that.

This is a student residence (however from booking.com info I did not get that) - nevertheless we were there with student businesses and the residence was ideally located near the university of interest; several supermarkets in the area, metro station really close, small bakeries & cafes & bars & places to have tapas. Really friendly staff.

Poor amenities... Lower your expectation to below zero. They offer poor quality plastic tumblers for water (no glasses)...and not replaced after use. Surely for 200+ Euros per night?! Not good value for money at all.

Its a little far from the city centre but wery Well Connected with the green metro line to almost all sights.
