Usually I don't care so much about the cleanliness, but in this case on our arrival the floor was really dirty and on the third day of our stay when we came in the evening we found a lot of ants( insects) everywhere on the floor and walls. They spread some insecticide, but actually it didn't help much.

Double rooms, with small kitchen, a lot of space, quite reasonable prices. The staff can meet you even at night, you should just prevent them in advance.

I was originally on the first floor which was in rougher shape than the second floor, which is what I was moved to. There was no daily cleaning shared areas were messy because of other residents, but I feel like that should’ve been managed better, not the best look walking in. There was no staff there at night and there was only a phone number available, no WhatsApp, which is not a great decision as most people are traveling. The window on the second floor room would not close fully, 2 inches open. There was only one staff member that knew English. there was only one set of towels provided, and no change of sheets. Also, I have to add, the walls were extremely thin. You will hear everything.

The man at reception, I forgot his name, was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and beach recommendations, made an effort to get to know me, as well as the rest of the people staying here. The room was decently clean, sheets were clean. I needed to switch rooms due to a loud neighbour and reception was able to accommodate. The size of the room was what is expected of a dorm room, enough space for one person. I liked that the building and room used actual keys, not key cards, because those can get deactivated. The window blinds provided darkness.

There was only one of everything - knife, fork, spoon etc. No dish soap, no washing brush. Bed was slightly worn.

It was clean and had a mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. It was a short bus ride to Malaga Marina and central. It is the best experience I have had with a budget hostel yet

The rooms are well equipped, kitchen fridge oven and microwave, bathroom and shower. It's not in the center but metro is 5 mins away ( walking) so it's ok .

There was an ant infestation in our apartment and we weren’t informed about this before booking. This caused a lot of discomfort and stress. Other than this the property was very nice

Even if the room was clean, it was a little shabby. The mattress was worn out, some part of the shower was covered with rust and there was sign of moisture on the walls. It has to be renewed.

The Micampus is well connected by many means of transport both buses and underground, so it was easy to reach the center of the city and other parts of the city.

The fridge was smelling bad, the bathroom light switch wasn't working properly, the bathroom door and the shower door wouldn't fully close. The air-conditioning was very dated, it only had 3 settings, it was very dusty and the room would smell like mold whenever it was on. Unfortunately I had to share the room with lots of ants; they were on my bed, on my kitchen counter, in the shower and on the desk/dining table.

The laundry works great, there are 3 washing machine and 3 dryers, also there's no need for coins or laundry soap. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very little kitchen equipments in the room. Be careful not to throw anything that attracts ants (juice cans, beer, sweets) into the bathroom bin as they will appear immediately.

A modest student residence, solid for solo travelers for a very reasonable price. The room was clean. Nice and spacious yard, excellent living room.
