Rooms are very dated with stained carpets and tiles Twin beds pushed together instead of double Lots of broken sun loungers around pool Smell in room / corridors perhaps location of room? Location is great - 5/10 minute walk to strip 3 pools, main gets busy but the other two were much quieter Main pool has loungers jammed quite tightly next to each other - can imagine peak season it would be hard to get a lounger Food ok but as a vegetarian limited choices and becomes repetitive - ate out most nights. Hotel staff friendly Late checkout is around 43 euro but subject to availability. There is a room where you can store luggage and they offer a room that you can shower in free of charge however it is not cleaned between guests using it and we walked in to a pile of dirty towels in the bath.

Cleaning of public areas, tables etc. Snacks between meals not covered and very average. Wine and cocktails were awful!!!

Lovely upgrade to suite. Beds very comfy. Food great at buffets. Cleaned regularly.

Bedroom were really old fashioned. The bed mattress was flat and old. The woodwork around the outside of the building near the main pool was rotten and flaking.

Queues at bar and electric going off almost daily around midday!

Second time at Relaxia Olivia. Hotel is a little dated but I like it! Food was very much improved since our last stay; we enjoyed the steak from the griddle and the prawns especially. Wouldn’t stay in the apartments like last time, didn’t like them at all but the rooms overlooking the pool area are great. Very comfortable and cosy. Two grumbles; the electric kept going off generally about midday and only one bar staff leading to long queues! Price was very reasonable. I’m considering returning again for a week if prices remain reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The all-inclusive drinks selection during the day could have been better. The fruit juices had far too much sugar but better once mixed with water. The use of so many paper cups is also alarming, I do hope they all get recycled. The rooms are a bit dated, the showers could be better and the hotel needed a lick of paint here and there. The room had 2 single beds together, not a double. But these are only minor points and should not put anyone off when thinking about booking this hotel. Would I go back to this hotel?....absolutely yes!!

Recently stayed all-inclusive for 9 nights and can have no complaints about the food quality or choice. The restaurant staff were excellent, clearing and cleaning tables quickly. There are other pool areas besides what you see on the main picture, which we're quieter and more suited to adults without children. The hotel and ground are kept very clean. The hotel is in a good location, a 5 minute walk to the beach front and the bus stops. All in all, good value for money and would recommend this hotel.

Couldn't get a seat most nights in the restaurant as it was far too busy! Cleaners arrived far too early in the mornings (especially after a late night on the town) but they did a brilliant job, very clean! Entertainment could have been on a little longer at nights. 1 hour isn't really worth staying at the hotel for, we went out most nights. Rooms were very dated, very standard. Not enough plug sockets available to use, bedside sockets would be handy.

Food is very repetitive and no proper air conditioning in the rooms. Just a fan that circulates the warm air.

Nice clean hotel. Would probably be okay for a short stay (3-5 nights). I wouldn’t recommend for much longer.

I felt there could've been a better access to the Wifi as from where we stayed you could barely connect also just a better variety of food. but great stay all in all

There's plenty of space and really just a good vibe there at the hotel. Staff are very lovely and had a lot of fun with the entertainment.
