The indoor lounge area is clinical and feels cold. You also can’t have a coffee at breakfast time unless you are paying for Breakfast.

The views are stunning .. it’s a peaceful setting. Lady on reception lovely and bar staff too.

I was promised that they could store by dogs food in their freezer. When I arrived at reception they told me that they couldnt.

The place was clean and welcoming and so were the staff. The room was big and spacious and all the amenities were of a high quality. There was safe parking (16euro extra per night) and also I had the option to charge my car on site. The pool was great with lovely views. My wife also booked a massage in their spa and it was the best one she ever had. Highly recommended

The hotel is very well situated on the outskirts of Ronda, but still only a 5 minute walk into the centre, making everything really accessible. It also made driving there really easy, without having to navigate through the town. All staff were extremely efficient and very friendly and the quality of meals is excellent and very good value. We had their tasting menu which was excellent and well paired with local wines. The pool has lots of loungers with incredible views. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ronda.

I probably would have preferred a toilet area that opened up behind the main room but knowing that option is available in other rooms I would ask for that next time - that’s just personal preference though

The location was perfect and the buffet breakfast was truly exceptional and fantastic value for money The pool, fitness centre, dining and spa options added another level to the wow factor Providing food/wine options in the room was a lovely touch And the views from the balcony were spectacular

The fact there is no separate bathroom and the shower and sink are literally in the bedroom wasn’t what I was expecting.

Pool a bit small considering the size of the hotel. Balcony rooms didn’t make the best use of the view. €21 a head for breakfast very steep. Gave it a miss and headed into town.

Breakfast was too expensive, we ate out in the local cafes. Though the restaurant was exceptional for an evening meal.

Highly recommend this hotel, view amazing, staff super helpful and friendly, would go over and above of what was expected.

The view from the swimming pool was majestic. The hotel location is perfect. The breakfast was outstanding The food was of high quality, served perfectly. The hotel was very clean and the style was beautiful. Our bedroom was very spacious and clean.

Bar service wasn’t great, certain items on menu out of stock. Service at restaurant in the evening was extremely slow.

The spa pool is the nowadays very common indoor pool with water jets, in my view this is nothing special and should be free to use.

The view from the hotel is breathtaking, a very picturesque location for a hotel and a great spot to take photos. The food was also very good (as it is pretty much everywhere in Ronda) and the staff are very friendly. They were very friendly with our dog who stayed with us and provided dog beds and water bowls.
