Confusing start to stay as although door code to hotel had been sent there were no keys left for us as suggested. We did book later in the day but arrived early evening. Breakfast included. I had to roam around the hotel to find the breakfast room (top floor). It would have been good either having a receptionist to direct us or a sign with multiple languages.

The room was clean and spacious with an ensuite bathroom. A good breakfast served by a very pleasant member of staff.

In our room one of the walls was deamaged by a previous water leak and was not repaired. Still the room was very clean. For awareness only - as for me there was no issue. There is no receptionist, so we received a code to enter and our keys in the hall. All was very clear communication and with time in advance. Breakfast is served only between 9-10. So a bit of a short window and you can't have it earlier to start excursions faster.

Overall a really good experience. Is a very nice quiet village. The hotel is comfortable, the staff was really nice and always willing to help. Beds were good. Breakfast is simple, but with enough choice and good quality. We booked a double room with breakfast for 50 Eur/ night and I found the cost / quality ratio excellent.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. Everything was on time and the girl that was there working was friendly and an amazing person. The beds were really comfortable and the Hotel was very Clean. The Town was really nice as well.

Super nice and quiet hotel. With fantastic view to the mountain. Service super nice and special, they really made us feel like home! Very quiet hotel, perfect to rest and enjoy the sightseeing! We recommend it!

When we arrived at the "hotel" it was locked up. Eventually got through to someone on the phone who came and opened the "hotel", showed us to our room and then left - there were no facilities, bar, restaurant etc. No private parking. Dreadful.

The rooms were quite warm on arrival and the windows didn't open very well because of the curtain rods, but after a while they cooled down.

The property was stylish, clean, and in an amazingly beautiful location! The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast took a little longer than expected but that wasn't a problem, we weren't in a hurry!

No hotel staff available during the whole stay. only a telephone number for you to ring in a remote are where signal is on and off.. no restaurant, no way to have breakfast, coffee or even a glass of water. not only at the hotel, in the whole village, no shops, restaurants or bar opened.

The entrance was with a code and a not very easy door. At the reception was nobody, just a card with our name and a key. We had to search for the room. Even the nex day we did not see anybody and we were late informed bij e-mail that te breakfast started at 09.00 We where traveling trough and went at 08.30 uur without breakfast because the restaurant was still closed.

The room was comfertable. We had a good night sleep. The shower was okay but the door was very hard to open. The room was a bit noisy from other guests.

The heating in the premise was way to high in my opinion and room included. We had to switch it off all together. Also, our key was waiting for us at reception but no one was there and front door looked like it was closed. Finally, the pinpoint on the map is wrong but we asked in the village for directions.

they were closed when I arrived they had no lights outside, not signage to indicate where reception was. it looked closed for the season, like a ski chalet in October. I called and there was no reply. next day they took payment even though we were messaged that I had to pay cash on arrival. struggling to get back the money they stole. complete disgrace the worst hotel experience ever.
