United KingdomStaff shortage- too few staff are employed and communication between them e.g. to bridge days off, was poor. The restaurant was closed so we were obliged to search for places to eat which required driving and finding parking. The view from the pool/restaurant is rather spoilt by the paddle tennis courts
Excellent location for exploring local region - Camprodon and Nuria valleys. Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

SpainUnlike during my previous stays, both the restaurant and the spa (services) were closed. This is a pity as you have to find creative ways to get your lunch and dinner (especially when everything was closed in Camprodon). I really hope that the restaurant re-opens.
I love this place, it’s the 5th time I’m visiting and will definitely go back. Both reception staff are great, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

UkraineWe were not aware about required booking for the SPA, that's why we had only 30 min before another booking. Anyway, the staff was nice to let us in without booking.
Amazing views on the mountains! Rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. Restaurant is very good, but you need to book table for dinner. Also, SPA should be booked in advance too. The SPA is quite small: mini pool with two jacuzzi spots and 3 lounge beds.

SpainTo be perfect, I would move the paddle tennis courts somewhere else. Breakfast is good, but a little below the overall experience. Bear in mind I say this to go from 9 to 10. But if you consider the price of the hotel, it is a 10.
Had a superior double and the room and the view were very nice. The restaurant has an excellent view and setting, Food is very good. Great getaway.

The location is breathtaking and the detail to attention was marvelous. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Very warm and cozy atmosphere yet chic and elegant at the same time

United KingdomAdvised on arrival there was no restaurant, saying they had notified booking.com and it was on their website, advised restaurant was totally shut down due to technical problems, it however was up and running for hot breakfast food next morning, so clearly not truthful. WE HAD NO NOTIOFICATION THERE WAS NO FOOD, THE PLACE IS REMOTE SO THERE WAS NOWHERE TO EAT. Staff advised the problems we encountered were common with guests and there appears to be some form of problem here, this is a big place but had few guests. The bar was not manned so every time you wanted a drink you had to walk to reception to get someone to assist. Not enough staff, such a disappointment.

United KingdomThe receptionist wasn't friendly and unable to communicate in anything other than catalan. She did her job but we expected a warm greeting in a place like this. The restaurant was made to feel exclusive - booking only, set menu, but we weren't looking for a big meal so we were booked into the pizzeria. There was almost no-one in the main restaurant but we were sent to a room at the rear of the kitchen where there was a TV playing on the wall, sat next to a bar that had the breakfast buffet stock stored in view. Certainly not a nice space to be excluded to. They could easily have served us a salad in the main restaurant without bothering anyone but we felt like we weren't valued enough. It really felt like a two tier hotel, one for the rich and then us. I couldn't recommend coming here. It looks nice but no substance.

Pet friendly, although they charge €25 per night for the dog which I didn't know before booking. Pretty location and nice facilities. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

SpainWe were disappointed because the spa was not working for the entire stay and the restaurant was closed. Considering that the hotel is far from tje center of the village not having a restaurant nor a bar open was really a trouble. This was not whT we have expected when we have booked the hotel.
Exvellent position with a view on the sorrounding mountains. The hotel is well decorated and the room was confortable.
