Very nice room and great location! Could get loud at night as over town square. They had a water heater issue that day, but the hotel was so gracious and refunded us 50% to all the guests!!

No air con. However, even though it was hot, with windows open at nighttime, we slept well

Location was excellent, overlooking the main square, everything was a short, walkable distance away in terms of bars and restaurants and main bus and train stations were about 20/25 mins or a €5-6 taxi. Despite central location, it was quite late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful with excellent English spoken. Free coffee, tea and biscuits in communal area. Room was large and clean. Good WiFi. Beds were comfy. Our room was on the 4th floor, which had windows all along one wall and got the sun on it first thing in the morning. Pluses of this are that it was very light and airy with great views of the square, but negative is that it can get very hot. If staying in the height of summer a lower floor may stay cooler.

Welcomed by the most friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Vigo. It's a great hotel to explore the city or for Camino pilgrims to rest during their pilgrimage. You are right at the beautiful squire, close to great restaurants and shops.

Very convenient location, right by everything you need: banks, laundry, pharmacies, cafes, and a gelato place. A good hiking store close by too! Staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us book a trip to Cies Island. The beds were comfy, got the best sleep on the Camino so far here. They also offered free coffee, tea, biscuits, and water on the first floor.

It is noisy - some external noise is natural in a city centre, and is part of the atmosphere. But this is internal - it felt like a pipe was running through my room, with water gushing as other guests used bathrooms or showers. Not ideal. The shower was really poky - the tiniest I have used in any hostel or hotel.

I liked everything!

The hotel looks great! There were 2 very comfortable and big beds. The room was very clean. There was a coffee machine, tea and water to fill in bottles. The location is the best!! Just on the main plaza! We had a great surprise. Maria, the receptionist at the desk was so nice and so helpful! I would highly recommend boing this hotel if you travel to Vigo or doing the Camino as it’s just on the Camino trail!

The hotel room was in need of a bit of care. Our toilet seat was broken. The electric fan in the room was not working nor the ceiling fan either. The car park instructions were a little misleading as we only had to buy a daily subscription at the carpark ticket machine.

The location was excellent! Ideally placed in a central position to get around the city of Vigo. There was a complimentary drinks machine and biscuits to enjoy whilst resting in a pleasant seating area located on the first floor.

To the people that are always hot like me, attention to the fact that there is no AC at least in this room, so if booking during summer take that into consideration.

The windows in my room faced the restaurants. The noise from there was pretty loud and constant. I'd recommend having earplugs if noise is an issue for you.

Besides the immediate proximity to the old town and embarcadero, this place is clean and modern. The staff are very helpful. They let me leave my luggage in the morning before check-in and they reserved a taxi for me.

Carmen was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was upgraded to a bigger one, very spacious. Great location, room had balcony which overlooked a piazza. Close to all shops and cafes/ restaurants. They had a great coffee machine that made yummy hot chocolate. Highly recommend
