Only a couple of things and nothing major - the location is great for the beach but in the evening there is nothing to do / no where to go (walking distance) outside of the hotel. Luckily the hotel has lots to offer so not necessarily a need to leave, but if you did like a stroll or a wander around shops, there isn’t anywhere. Would defo recommend having a car. The cleaner didn’t come every day - they were cleaning the rooms in our area but for some reason didn’t come to our it room which was a bit annoying, especially when we needed towels changed or the sand residue swept up.

2x pools and both well maintained - get in early for the loungers / cabanas as they go quickly! Buffet - so much choice, pasta, pizza, veggies, meats, salads, breads, fruits, desserts, options are literally endless. Staff - every single member of staff was polite, welcoming, happy and friendly. Makes such a difference to your holiday experience when staff are polite. Hotel in general is so well kept - gardens are gorgeous, it’s v picturesque and v well maintained. We had a one bed apartment on ground floor - we didn’t get a pool view which I was initially disappointed about but actually our room was so private we ended up preferring it. Wasn’t as big as we had initially thought; tiny fridge, no freezer, but our bedroom was a really good size. We took a blow up bed for our youngest to sleep on so we could all be in one room rather than use the sofa bed. If you do choose to use the sofa bed they have a dedicated person who comes to set it up every evening for you, and then turns it back to a sofa bed every morning - we thought this was such an amazing service (although we said we didn’t need this as didn’t use the sofa bed). Kids entertainment was superb! The team are so animated, full of life and the kids adored them! They have an extensive kids club programme, something for everyone throughout the day. Two days we left the kids there for 2 hours to enjoy a private treasure hunt, and craft afternoon. Mini disco in evening was also brilliant! Evening entertainment was great and different things every evening (Bingo, Movie quiz, singers, magic show, gymnastics performance - nothing cheesy!)

Annoying that some guests took over the best sun loungers and beds by the pool for the day with towels etc, even when not using them. Selfish and sense of entitlement.

The restaurant staff needs to be more polite: they made a fuss about replacing the dirty cutlery and glasses on the table. If you provide fruit in the room, you should also manage it properly to prevent it from rotting if not eaten.

Very beautiful hotel structure. Exceptional buffet breakfast and dinner. Parking nearby is easy and hassle-free. For club members, there is exclusive access to a section of the terrace and complimentary bottled water in the room every evening.

People putting towels on the sun loungers while not using them. In the afternoon there was often no room at the pool due to this.

Nice location, close to the city center of Ciutadella (4 km by car) and beach (walking distance). There is also a small supermarket across the hotel. A car is mandatory if you want to visit the island. There is no parking at the hotel, but enough parking spots in the area. Very nice breakfast with a nice terras. The hotel has 1 buffet restaurant, 1 grill & pizza/suchi place. Every evening there is a small show to entertain the guests. There are 4 restaurants at walking distance. Reservation might be needed in the high season.

Staff didn’t communicate about the taxi issues with the island and ended up missing 3 dinner reservations. Tried to pre book taxis, was told it was all booked and again they “forgot” leading us to have to walk 45 minutes in 31 degree heat

Hotel was good location, very close to Ciutadella, just 5-10min by car. Nice quiet area. The hotel facilities are clean and minimal decoration. Swimming pool is clean. The breakfast was many options. We were really enjoyed to spend time at the hotel.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my stay. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms — there was noticeable dust on the walls, which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no kettle provided in the room, and slippers were missing from the bathroom amenities. I hope these points can be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests.

I really appreciated the approach to dining — the variety and quality of the food were truly exceptional.

On arrival our room wasn't very clean, which was quite disappointing. However over the stay it has been cleaned several times to a great standard. Bar team in general was nice but sometimes a bit difficult. We asked for a cocktail that they refused to make, but then we noticed they made it for a different guest. When questioning this we got served the same drink. Not sure what to make of this. Again we felt a bit let down.

The hotel complex looks great. Large pool in the middle and another for the private apartments. Three restaurants and bar service until late. Well equipped free gym and bicycle rental options. Large variety of dishes in dinner buffet. It's located right by the beach where you can find additional restaurants and bars. Proximity to Ciutadella is also a huge plus. Very helpful reception team.

This hotel is outstanding. We had the most amazing week. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We booked a suite with a private pool. The pool was cleaned every day, the terrace huge and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well kept. We dined in both Picco and The Grill. The food was excellent in both. Salt & Co was a lovely informal bar and snack venue. Special shout out to Ana. She made our holiday with her friendliness, warmth, and humour. We decided within 24 hours of arriving that we are booking for next year. I cannot think of a single negative. It was perfect

The inclusive food option needs major improvements, very little choice for a health conscious person and way too overpriced if you don’t want to eat every morning or same food every day.

Excellent location with a few beautiful beaches nearby, not too far from Ciutadella either to explore local cuisine. The staff was great and efficient when I had a problem in my room they fixed it immediately and had a client centric view throughout. This was also obvious in the hotel restaurants that client was really valued. This is rare.

Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the hotel room. You also need to request a special adapter from reception to use the plug sockets beside the bed in the hotel room.

Very clean in both hotel room and around pool. Lots of gluten free options at the restaurants, friendly staff.
