The hotel is somewhat tired and dated with no way of obtaining any food and drink outside of breakfast times.

The hotel is clean and functional, the inclusive breakfast was a welcome additional to the stay with many members of staff going out of their way to help you. Ideal for those wanting a bed for the night as a stop off on their travels. The small swimming pool was a bonus.

The rooms with the best view do overlook the road which, while not particularly busy, did disturb my sleep.

It was very hot and there were no air conditioning or fans in the room so we had to sleep with the windows open which meant the traffic noise was very loud. There were no bar or restaurant facilities. The property was quite old. The room had an overpowering scent when we first arrived not sure if it was cleaning chemicals or air freshener spray.

Hotel is in a good location if you have a car and there is free car parking and a swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. the views out of the room were spectacular.

The carpet in the bedrooms could be removed (specially for people with allergies) and the toilet could use some updating.

I had a clean room, a comfortable bed, a good bathroom with strong hot shower and breakfast included. The room was small and basic, but for the very reasonable price I paid that was expected. It more than met my expectations. Free parking right outside

The breakfast "system" is not efficient. You have to wait in line a long time to get served, instead of having a buffet so everyone serves itself.

Their way of managing the breakfast service is inefficient. They would be much better having a help-yourself buffet rather than the slow service of ordering from a member of staff. I assume it is to control consumption but it holds up many of the guests and creates a backlog.

For the money you pay and the purpose of 99% of visitors to Las Arenas it meets expectations. Yes the facilities are dated but they are clean and fit basic needs.

The furniture was very old and the beds were uncomfortable. We didn’t even have a light by our bed. The staff we interacted with were not friendly or very helpful, there were many absurd rules too.

I liked the location. The views were amazing and the village so charming. For the most part it was clean.

Our room was at the front and the road was surprisingly busy. The lack of activity downstairs made it feel a bit soulless but it's probably different in season. There's not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but Carreña and Arenas are very close

This was a basic hotel with helpful staff and clean rooms. The breakfast included was good, although a bit odd to a buffet but table service. We were able to get breakfast earlier than stated, which really helped us
