I recently stayed at Ona Princesa Playa for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—right by the beach and close to everything you might need, which made exploring and relaxing very easy. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really added to the overall comfort of my stay. The beach nearby is beautiful and just a short walk away, making it perfect for daily swims and relaxing by the sea. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future. 🏖️

The property could do with a makeover as it is basic and dated. For it's excellent location, it's decor lets it down.

The location is excellent - right on the beachfront with bars and restaurants beside you and the old town 5 minutes walk behind the property. Stunning views from the balcony. Shower though basic works well, ditto the air conditioning.

The apartment and balcony are much smaller than they appeared in the pictures - but were quite adequate- I would have liked a little more space - Some umbrellas to provide shade for sun loungers would also be good.

The Location and staff were excellent. We had a very well situated room with a balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was good considering how much we paid for it but the hot food e.g. scrambled eggs need improvement. Would recommend asking for a fan if someone using the sofa bed as the air conditioning doesn't circulate there. I did and it was much appreciated

Small lounge despite largest bedroom. Balcony height blocks view of sea from room and balcony. No sunshades and limited sunbeds on roof ( could be so much nicer with a few touches).

Swimming pool. Good aircon in bedroom. Powerful shower. Right on beach and near town centre. Good storage room for cases and changing pre post check in.

I stayed in Princessa many times before. I feel the standard of cleanliness is not what it used to be. The commual areas (around the lifts etc were a little dirty. (stains on carpets and full bins). They replaced carpet tiles with ones of a different colour, which didn't look great. Coffee machine in reception empty for the entire stay. A lot of noise from other rooms at night although reception did sort this out for us.

The Princessa Playa is in a fantastic location. It is near the beach and shop, restaurants etc.

On some days, it was harder to catch a spot at the pool due to limited sunbeds, but most of the time this wasn't a major issue.

The location was great, with the beach right in front of the hotel and the old town just 5 minutes away, offering many shops and restaurants nearby. It was also very easy to catch buses towards Puerto Banús, with the stations only a few minutes from the hotel. Our room did have a slight view of the sea as well, which was nice. The room was well-stocked with all the necessities (e.g. 2-in-1 shower gel/ shampoo; dishwashing supplies; cooking utensils and cutlery) and remained clean throughout. The rooftop pool was also very nice during the hot days. The staff was great and very friendly, and accommodating when needed.

Our balcony only got a short spell of sunshine due to the overhang from above balcony and the sun being high in the sky in mid summer. On first arrival, the initial impression externally was somewhat underwhelming. The shower tended to not drain very well.

The Hotel needs updating- particularly the bathroom needs updating. The shower door was broken, so was the toilet seat (which was repaired quickly ). The door to the patio was stiff & almost impossible to open. More like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star- just needs modernising. Lots of noise early in the morning from the building works happening next door.

Compact Beachfront apartment in a fantastic location with a beautiful sea view. Right on the promenade (but at the quieter end) so can walk along the seafront to restaurants etc. Amorino for ice cream just a few steps away & less than 10mins stroll to the Old Town. 5 mins walk to the Dali sculptures. Friendly staff.

Safe box for 2.75euros per day??!! I do not think the hotel needs this! Nearby parking available but for 20euros per 24 hours withOUT in and out permission (not fault of hotel)

Very nice professional staff. Excellent location directly on beach and 5 minutes walk to downtown. Excellent buffet breakfast on top of hotel with amazing views. Big room with excellent daily housekeeping. Nice balcony. Excellent WiFi signal. Many supermarkets nearby as well as rent a bike shop.

We will definitely come back. We loved the fact that was beach front, so many restaurants close and also 5min walking to the old town. The personal was very attentive. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The view was amazing from both balcony and roof restaurant with the pool.
