Unfortunate noisy Oriental guests having a full on shouting conversation outside our door at midnight. Lack of soundproofing. Not good when you have an early start for early morning hospital procedures.

The ease of check in, location, value for money, hot powerful showers, air con ( a blessing )

Can get a bit loud with noise from surrounding rooms and other floors. More electric outlets would be nice.

Has all the basics in a convenient location near the main train station. We arrived a little early but was able to check in no fuss.

Overall a great hotel, very near to the hospital where my wife was a patient. Friendly and helpful staff . The only niggle I had was the food I chose off the menu they didn't have , but every thing else was good.

The Princesa Ana is a quaint spanish hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. We had booked dinner at the hotel and this turned out to be a choice between to dishes. A little limited. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is a 15 minute walk (for us) to the old town.

I don't see anything against the hotel. Only good things.

The hotel is wonderful and is located in a privileged place. The breakfast is really amazing. The room was big enough for us (A family of 3) The towels were fluffy.

The receptionist was very welcoming. He explained everything in a detailed way about reaching the centre of the city. He gave us suggestions for a visit to Alhambra Palace, too. The room was spacious enough. We liked it very much.

The parking was full unfortunately so we had to use a public parking, just across the street, but more expensive.

Great location, nice and very clean hotel, a bit old but comfortabe. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.

It was not a problem for us as we did not go into town/Alhambra while staying here as we went to Sierra Nevada, but it is worth noting it is quite a bit North in the city and not as walkable to the main attractions. As a result, the location is not the most picturesque, but it is very convenient and great value for money.

The hotel itself exceeded expectations, and the room was great. Everything was clean, check-in was convenient and the shower pressure was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and let us keep our luggage stored safely in the hotel after checking-out. There is a cute cafe/bar in the lobby too which was open early in the morning, cappuccino was great. It is reasonably close to the bus station and train station so that is useful.

The garage entrance was horribly small... The neighbor room decice to come home at 3 am and make a lot of noise. Nothing the hotel can do about, just incredible how rude some people are.

Just outside the old center but in walking distance. If you want to save the walking for the center and/or Alhambra, the bus stops right in front of the hotel and in 4 stops you are in the center. Check out the tapas bar at the street behind the hotel, order a drink and you get the tapa for free, and lots of choice

The hotel was busy and other guests were quite noisy. Walls were paper thin and the guests in the next room could be heard easily.

The convenience of being right opposite the hospital. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This time, nothing. Last time there was rubbish behind desk and grubby walls. Much cleaner.

Across road from hospital. Essential. Stayed here 5 or 6 years ago and hated it. This time much, much better and will stay again when in Granada. Reception helpful when we were struggling to find more nights .

The location is excellent. the staff is really helpful. The breakfast is superb but a bit expensive if it’s not included in your reservation.
