Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, massive spread, lots of choice, quality ingredients. Our room was spotless and spacious with a big private terrace, and lots of space for clothes and belongings, it had a useful little fridge and a nice spa bath.

Such a lovely and friendly welcome. Room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was really very nice. I didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean and well maintained. I was given a small gift when I left which was a great touch. Just 25 mins from Santander ferry so very convenient if that’s what you need.

United KingdomOur room was located just off reception so it was very noisy when people are booking in. I was dissapointed that we could only get coffee from the vending machine, and all the coffee had sugar. The hotub wasn't available, which we had been looking forward to using.
We had a very warm welcome and there were some lovely thoughtful touches. Nice breakfast and water machine. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable.
