LatviaExtremely haotical booking of sunbeds. 9AM hotel opens the doors to swimming pool and some c...y people are RUNNING to book a sunbeds. So it takes 15 seconds and all sunbeds are booked. Also Very narrow main corridor near elevators, very uncomfortable. Poor WiFi.

The hotel is conveniently located to the amusement park and the city with many restaurants and shops around. The room, the bathroom and the terrace were big and clean. The hotel has a shuttle to the park and back. The breakfast was very good.

United KingdomI had booked a double room with a pool view and the room we had was at the back of the hotel overlooking the petrol station, although we could also see Ferrari Land. The main 2 pools were quite small, considering the size of the hotel and the rooftop adults only pool was FREEZING!!!! The lifts broke down regularly. There was a CONSTANT queue at the poolside bar and on our night of arrival, which was the only evening we stayed at the hotel, the queue to the main bar was very long at most times.
The room size was great, with a bed that could be split so me and my 14yr old son could sleep separately. There was also a good sofa bed. The shower was great and the balcony large. The breakfast offering was amazing, hot options, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, rolls, cheese, ham, bread for toast, churros and pancakes with toppings! The adults only top floor solarium with hot tubs and a bar was BLISS.

IrelandHalf board - lots of options for breakfast/dinner, food was labelled poorly, eg. What looked like Breaded chicken was labelled “chicken”, when cutting into it had cheese in it. Shower - shower drain was blocked, requested for it to be fixed and was told it would, however it was not fixed during my stay leading to 2 minute showers before it would flood the room.
Staff were very accommodating and friendly through checking in/out, serving dinner, entertainment, etc. Amazing view of Salou from the balcony Rooms had good ambience and lighting Cleaners visited regularly and kept cleanliness to a high standard

Staff are very helpful and importantly (for Brits who don't speak Spanish) their English is very good. I can check in/check out at any time and the staff are always willing and able to help.

IrelandMy aunt was sick and the life guard was very aggressive towards our family. We were pour a cup of water on her knee so she could feel the water. The lifeguard totally overreacted and became very aggressive. He was shouting in Spanish. It was absolutely over the top. So disappointing to think someone would react like this over something so simple .
Very nice hotel. Other guests were lovely and it was clear everyone was very relaxed. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. Services and cleaning daily. Food was good. A great selection.

United KingdomThe flooring in the bedroom and bathroom were extremely dirty. I had to use lots of tissue to partially clean the floor throughout the duration of my holiday stay. The floor should be mopped each day. The bath tub should also be cleaned each day. Our beddings were changed every other day- not every day.
The food was very good. However, option for chilli sauce was not available
