The cleanliness of the room was a little off! There was something on the bathroom tile located next to the toilet 💩 that hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. When this was pointed out it was cleaned but I feel it wouldn’t have been cleaned if I hadn’t mentioned it. There were greasy handprints all over the bathroom glass partition. I asked for this to be cleaned but it wasn’t so we ended up doing it ourselves. The mirror had been wiped with a dirty great cloth too which left a dry coating/film across the whole of the mirror, eventually it was cleaned. There was hair and dust along the base boards, the room was swept but not fully and this didn’t change for the whole of our stay. I made sure the dressing table was cleared for cleaning but it never was - I cleaned it! The sheet that covered the base of the bed was very grubby. I had to request for bed sheets and towels to be changed throughout our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleaning and cleanliness of the room.

Loved the location, the rooftop bar and Barracuda bar. The pool area was nice but very busy. The staff on the lower levels were attentive especially in the Barracuda Bar.

The breakfast wasn’t great and the plates smelt dirty which we found quite of putting, but so many places to eat breakfast around Santa Ponca. We also got stuck in the lift on the last day which was really scary, honestly not a great experience! But the staff were really apologetic, obviously not their fault.

The location was amazing, the view from the rooftop was also incredible

We had to ask the staff to properly clean our floor. And we didn’t think the bedding was changed regularly enough.

The location was great. The rooftop was lovely. The breakfast is brilliant - something for everyone. We also booked the buffet dinner twice and it was great too.

Seems to cater for a lot of large groups of men and large groups of women. Very noisy during the day in the pool. Sitting outside by pool area till late, very loud. We opted for pool view room which was dearer, so more noticable. Beds hard. Food average. No kettle in room, so no tea coffe making facilities.

It has an indoor pool and a lovely infinity pool on the roof. Cleaned everyday. Position is brilliant. Beach directly opposite the entrance. ( two beds and parasol €19.50 on beach, nothing to do with hotel) Shower was good Staff were lovely, especially cleaning staff.

Room was good, but the maintenance corrections we noticeable and made it look a little tired/scruffy. No an issue as everything was working and clean, just not up to the high standards experienced on previous visits/atays.

Breakfast wasn't great, coffee from the machine was awful. At 10.30am on the dot, the lights were turned off in the breakfast area, regardless of people still in the area & 1 minute later all spoons etc had been removed. Rooftop bar area was lovely with great views, but stopped serving at 6.30pm

Location was great. Rooms were nice enough, beds were comfy, staff were lovely. Rooftop sunbathing area beds were lovely, with great views.

I feel housekeeping let the side down. Overall the hotel is great. However the day we arrived our room looked lovely. The next morning things started to be seen. 1 pillowcase had sticky marks on one corner which were still there 4 days later. . My friends pillow had a large stain on it which was never changed. Balcony never cleaned the whole time neither were the bedsheets changed. There was also a rip in the flooring which was pretty sharp on your feet. The biggest thing for us was our bedroom door. Being three women on our own the situation concerned us. These doors are heavy fire doors which should in theory close by themselves. No, ours had to be pushed/pulled quite a bit to be closed. 3 occasions after housekeeping had been in our door was unlocked. We never needed our key card, just pushed it open and walked in. Reported this to reception on all 3 occasions and personally I don't think anything was done. On one occasion my friend returned to our room and housekeeping was in. She walked straight in and lifted a bag and walked back out without even being questioned. This concerned us as that could have been anyone and with our door not closing properly who else could have been in our room...... In saying all this we had a great time away but housekeeping let the hotel down and took a bit of the shine of our break away. We'd waited since covid to get away this break.

The location was perfect for all shops, restaurants etc and the distance to the beach was nothing. The hotel was really nice and most places very clean. The restaurant was great. The variety of breakfast food was amazing. I'd argue with anyone who said they couldn't find anything to eat. All in all myself and 2 friends had a brilliant break away..

Lovely hotel, amazing views from the rooftop pool. Staff friendly, comfortable beds and great showers! Perfect location too. Whole downstairs always smelled amazing too.

The shower and sink were dirty, never been properly cleaned/rubbed throughout the week. I believe they just spray bleach and leave it. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The beds are hard and there is no duvet. Instead its 2 sheets with the blanket in between. They tie it underneath the bed, so once you pull it out to sleep its a big mess of 3 things.
