It was very noisy. Near very busy nightlife and a bottle bank where they emptied it all times day and night.

Staff were really lovely and the most amazing lady made omelettes every morning that were so good. Hotel really lovely just pity it is in the location it is in.

We didn't like that the lounges on the beach were very expensive and not included in the price we paid.

We liked everything !!! Great location, good music, best restaurants in front of the hotel, sandy beach and sea just crossing the alley. No need to rent a car. Close to the airport too.

You need to pay deposit for the towels, which is fine but you need to keep the voucher with the confirmation - if you lose it, you won’t get the deposit back. 2 of ours have vanished after cleaning and we have not received the deposit back when handing back the towels. Not a big deal, but it was a bit unpleasant and this system could be improved. Other than this everything was great and we can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay close to beach, but also in the „center of action” in El Arenal 😀

Hotel Playa Golf – Adults Only is the perfect place for a relaxing and fun holiday by the sea. The hotel is modern, clean, and located right on the beachfront with beautiful sea views. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool area is lively but never overcrowded, and the beach is just steps away. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet was excellent — fresh, varied, and generous. Location good because direct access to the beach, but hasn’t sun-beds and umbrellas. You must to pay 60€ for set. The hotel is located between two nightclubs, so there is a lot of noise at night, almost until the morning

Very good hotel, with excellent breakfast and delicious dinner with many great specialties as seafood and Spanish paella… Pleasure stuff in hotel. Location hotel is good because it has direct access to the beach and there is also a bus stop to the city of Palma and airport, near the hotel.

A bit close to main drinking and clubbing area made surrounding area feel a little intimidating at night. Hotel was safe and secure though - a haven of calm in the middle of drinking madness.

Junior suite was excellent and sea views perfect. Breakfast was very good with large variety of food on offer. Proximity to beach and promenade fantastic.

Everything well except sound isolation in room from street side. A lot of noise because of people and clubs around so you'll need earplugs. highly recommended earplugs. they saved my sleeping

Housekeeping could definitely be better especially considering the price one pays for the junior suite rooms. It was noisy because of the location which is fine but neighbors in adjacent rooms were unbelievably loud, banging doors at 2 am, shouting and moving furniture. Not only were we traveling with a toddler but it's simply very very annoying. If only such guests would book an adults only hotel and not a family one where kids need to sleep and so do their very tired parents.

No tea or coffee facility in rooms. Did ask for a kettle but didn't hear anymore about it. Swimming pool had some black marks, possibly needs a good clean. Indoor pool very small.

Proximity to the beach front. Options of pool. Good bedrooms, good breakfast and balcony view. New towels and cleaning everyday. Dinner did not try. Friendly atmosphere. Towels for beach can be rented for 10 euros. 3 lifts to floors and very efficient.

The hotel was full of German football groups. Mostly male groups, very loud at night and the hotel seemed to be in the middle of the area where they all gather. No violence, just loud singing and banging doors til 5am.

We knew what area we gonna be in and were prepared for noise at night, but the rooms and balconies looked way better online. The rooms are cheaply updated and you can see damaged doors etc. everywhere. Gym doesn’t open till 8 am. No water at the gym. The main areas were pretty clean, the room not so much.

Great location if you want to go to Ballermann, compared to other hotels it seemed the most updated. Breakfast had a good variety. Multiple pools and gym was ok.
