If you are not interested in partying in Yumbo and you are a light sleeper then this place is to avoid. Dance clubs in Yumbo make noise till 3am. I do not get why they say they are a non smoking hotel when there are ashtrays in rooms. You can smell cigarette and other types of smoke through balconies.

An apartement hotel in the very center of Playa del Ingles, next to Yumbo which is very good if you want to party at night and have an easy access to restaurants and bars. Nice staff, rooms are cleaned 5 times a week.

Didn’t initially realise when I booked that it didn’t have AC. Was quite hot on a few evenings. Can be loud on an evening if your bedroom window is facing Yumbo.

Really nice apartment. Extremely clean. Lovely room and balcony. Beautiful swimming pool. Amazing nude rooftop sunbathing. Perfect location.

It’s a very good price so you don’t expect an ultra modern hotel and it might be a little bit traditional, but it’s fine

Excellent location if you’re visiting the Yumbo centre, not that noisy surprisingly very helpful staff, and just a nice good accommodation very very enjoyable the whole trip

Furniture was old fashioned and bathroom design wasn't great.

Location was brilliant next to the yumbo centre and bus stop for the airport. Plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby. Also, very clean, I could not find fault. Loved the pool and rooftop terrace. Shop on site was cheaper than nearby supermarket for many items.

It’s a 15/20 minute walk to the beach, walking there was fine but uphill slightly on the way back. - not a mega issue though. Taxi were €5

Absolutely highly recommend this stay, great location. Clean and staff were very helpful and friendly! Beautiful rooms, very accommodating and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Very close to the centre and nightlife, especially Yumbo. 20mins walking distance from Playa del Inglés. The staff was very helpful and we loved that there was a small shop open from morning til 10pm, we could buy some essentials (water, anything to eat, drinks etc.) If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room not facing Yumbo as at night you might be able to hear the party. I can be a light sleeper too and it didn’t bother me at all with a room facing Yumbo. The beds were super comfortable and almost every day our room was cleaned which is a big plus. Don’t expect luxury, but for its price it is perfect! We were mostly here only to sleep as there’s so many things to do at the island! We fell in love with the island so we’re most definitely coming back!

The pool bar was excellent with staff members who made us feel especially welcome. They created the perfect vibe and served the most delicious drinks/cocktails and pool snacks. Carlos and Julio are an absolute credit to the Canaria people and were the perfect hosts for us Welsh tourists:) Thankyou so much Luke

Excellent big and deep pool, enough space for sunbathing. Very clean facilities that are very well maintained. Hotel located right next to yumbo, so in order to go party just go downstairs and you are there. Probably not suitable for those who want very calm place, but if you party then this is perfect match!
