- The hotel is right near beach and multiple bars, so it can be quite loud till 2-3 am - My spouse didn't like that there were no female masseurs

The bathroom inside the room has no door!!!no privacy!!even the wc has a glass door semi open to noise!!ver uncomfortable!! Very limited coffee supplies in the room!!

When I asked to have the A/C lowered from 20 degrees because the room was hot I was told that it was hotel policy and that approval had to be granted from the management. We were there in a heat spell of 40 degrees. They did change it but it took some convincing. When I asked for ice I was told to go to the supermarket down the street. Some staff were friendly but others were not. The hotel is also next to what could possibly be the ugliest building I've ever seen. We thought it was a condemned building. Very difficult to park as well. No onsite parking.

The pool was not clean, the water was not clear, and not clean. Also, the rooms are quite tight, but maybe that is common in hotels. The sink was in the actual room which was a bit odd, but ok.

The hotel is great, the people workign there are very helpful and pleasant. We felt very welcome. The rooms were clean. The breakfast is great, and the people workign there are very nice. The location is absolutley amazing.

The room was large, airy, well appointed and clean. The maid service was excellent. The hotel also installed bedside reading lights since last year that made reading in bed, doing the crossword, easier with better lighting.

The buffet breakfast was lovely each day, staff very helpful, room was cleaned and fresh towels and sheets provided throughout the stay. The rooftop pool and cabanas were great for watching the sunrise/sunsets and location of the hotel was perfect for exploring nearby coastal walks, beaches, and restaurants.

There is not proper lighting in the shower. Low lighting is nice for ambience but bright light should be an option. Without a doubt, ladies would like to shave if staying for several days and going to the beach… bad enough there is nothing to prop your foot on for better reach, it’s also extremely hard to see (especially for those who wear glasses or have older eyes with limited vision and/or focus).

The breakfast was fantastic with a nice selection. The location of the hotel on the beach was perfect and it’s nice that the closer parking is not too far. The staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions. Bonus is they speak several languages so communication was not an issue for us.

Ridiculous to expect people with mobility problems to go outsude to use the ramp to the breakfast room. If it rains you get absolutely soaked. Also there is no access to the inside of the restaurant or the bar. Our room 103 was in need of refurbishment. The unit holding the wash basin was very tatty.

I had rung 4 weeks before our visit as I have broken my ankle, in a wheelchair. I was reassured that it would not be a problem as the rooms and facilities were fully accessible, except the pool. Obviously no note had been made of my call. The reception staff were helpful in trying to get me a suitable room, the first I was unable even to get into due to the position of the wardrobe , the second was better. Reception staff were also helpful when our room was too hot. Staff in the breakfast room and the cleaners were also helpful. The shower was great.
