It was a bit of a climb back from the center of town.

It is right next to the busy main road out of the town. One of the balconies of our room is was on that side of the hotel so quite noisy. However, all of the hotel faces the city, and we did have another balcony that did not have the same issue, so not a big concern.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast exactly as described and just what we needed when walking in the mountains. Unfortunately, I had an accident in the mountains but the staff, particularly Anna-Maria, couldn't have been more helpful to my son who was very stressed with me being in hospital in Llieda.

For the price, I would have expected internet on the TV or at least the possibility to share my own internet for the TV in order to watch streaming apps. Also, the rooms were a little bit small. For this time was OK, but if you go on winter with all the clothes, can be to small

A lovely modern comfortable hotel at the top of the hill with gorgeous views of Vielha and the surrounding mountains. The parking for motorcycles was secluded but not secured. The breakfast was delicious, the shower was good and the beds comfortable

Nicely located close to town. The hotel is positioned close enough to walk to town but in a peaceful environment. The lady at reception was wonderful, very kind and helpful.

Rome was extremely small ( at least ours was, other rooms might be larger). Had just enough room to get around the bed (one at a time). Cleaning staff came too early. We would go down for breakfast and come back up to get our things to start the day and the room was either cleaned during that time, or one time they were right in the middle of cleaning and we had to wait in the hallway because there wasn’t enough room for 3 people in the room at once. Smokers the floor below us. We were on the 5th floor and some guest on the floor below us would smoke on their balcony both at night and in the morning and we had to close the window to keep the smell of smoke out.

Exceptional staff. So friendly and kind. Within walking distance to town. Superb view. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The room was so tiny! I didn't expect it's gonna be this small. it was a bit uncomfortable. I didn't like the pillows, was very uncomfortable, gave me a stiff neck... Breakfast could be a bit better, eggs were always cold, even at the first hours of serving.

The view from the window is the best part of the hotel room! The stuff was nice. The room was clean, nice, big enough bathroom.

Everything was perfect - a compact hotel just over Vielha , wonderful view - one should take room with terrace, free parking, 20 minutes on picturesque road to the slopes - highely recommend!

Breakfast was only average albeit included in price. Bacon not cooked. No fresh fruit such as pineapple, kiwi or strawberries.

Excellent free car parking and friendly staff. Rooms clean and modern. Be aware that the hotel is on the edge of town and there is an uphill walk of about 10 minutes back to the hotel which some may find challenging
