The parking was said to be in the hotel but there was only a space on the street.

The rooms was big, the bathroom was really nice, it even had bidet. There was a swimming pool outside and there was a parking outside on the street for free. The AC was working and the balcony was nice.

-Not really pet-friendly. To charge 20 Euros per night for a small dog is overpriced. -They say they have free parking on booking.com, but it's misleading. There is no parking at the hotel. It is public street parking. So there is a risk that you don't find a spot on the street or much further away. -The spa / Sauna was under maintenance when we arrived -Sauna & whirlpool are not included in the room price (additional costs).

There was no kettle so we could make tea and coffee in our room. It would have been good to have an extra rubbish bin in the room rather than one just in the bathroom.

Honestly I like platja del mar I discovered this landscape by chance I found it a very nice clean and secured place to visit the beach is very clean and the city center close to the beach with good restaurants and many other shops ..sure I will be back again for at least one week 🤗🤗🤗

Breakfast was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very good. We appreciated the security of the area and were able to park our car on the street without worry.

The noise! We returned to our room at 11 p.m., only to find it noisy — someone was playing loud music and singing nearby. When we called reception (because there was no way to sleep like that), we were told there’s a jacuzzi next to our room that stays open until midnight. Fair enough, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Of course, just because the jacuzzi closed at midnight didn’t mean people suddenly went quiet — they stayed loud in the corridor for a while longer. Then came the morning! Believe it or not, the jacuzzi must have opened again around 7:30 or 8 a.m., ( or people were just making noise by the jacuzzi I’m not sure) and the same noisy crowd returned — shouting, singing, even making strange animal noises (and no, these were not kids!). At 8 a.m.!!

Location. Directly beside McDonalds, which operated until 1.30 am, but partied till3 am. Cheap nasty bedding, uncomfortable bed past its prime. Air con that was unchangeable, and although it was cold, the directional flap was missing so it blew really cold air directly on you all night while you had very thin cheap bedding. Floor was not clean, rooms need a major overhaul. No double or triple glazing. Traffic noise all night. Safe did not work with key card as was advertised. No parking is advertised was told it is free on the street. The Pool? Advertised but we were told to go out of the property and turn left. There is no pool on site. They did not tell us where it was, the closest we could find was the Sea, around 15 minutes walk away . But it was certainly to the left.

We only got the room cleaned out once (we ended up doing 4 nights total) and I would have been good at least twice, being a beach vacation, with the sand and all the room can get messy really quick. But otherwise perfectly fine.

15min walk to the center, which is great if you want to be a bit away of the city noise. The staff were friendly and have a lovely terrace/outdoor area! The buffet breakfast is worth it, but we took it only one day and went for breakfast in the beach the rest of the days. The bathroom was super spacious and we even had a balcony in the room :) + also the room has AC!
