The apartment: There is a shallow step up from the terrace into the lounge which is a trip hazard. It is difficult to distinguish due to being the same colour tiles as the terrace. There is the possibility of nasty accident if, for example, carrying a tray containing hot drinks or crockery that could shatter in a fall inflicting injury. It requires either a different colour tile or a demarkation line with tape or paint to highlight it.we draped a towel over it to make it visibly obvious. The Kitchen tap is connected to the water pipework the wrong way around. As the hot water is very hot it was an unexpected shock for hot water to emerge when expecting cold. Poor sound insulation : We experienced disturbed sleep for our two nights due to noise from the apartment above. A machine was running all night long, likely a washing machine or a dishwasher as it was cycling on and off and the noise if water filling periodically, I could even hear a male urinating in the toilet! Bed is very firm and uncomfortable, we both awoke with aching backs. The sofa in the lounge is also uncomfortable, so there was nowhere comfortable to sit Parking available to the front of the building however it costs €12 per night...ouch!

Apartment well presented and clean. A great location with a balcony terrace where passing boats can be watched with interest. It was cold when we stayed, so the heating was welcomed and was very efficient in kerpinv the apartment warm and cosy. Plenty of bars and shops for provisions within a 10 minute walking distance. The area is well illuminated at night so felt safe walking about at night. No hairdryer available in the room but can be loaned from the reception. The staff were very welcoming, warm and friendly and obliging.

The washer dryer wasn’t one we had used before and the cycle we chose required us to manually select a spin cycle at the end of the first cycle. It required some reading up of the instruction manual online before we were able to figure out what we needed to do to finish the cycle, open the door and get our clothes out. Apart from that, all of the appliances were pretty straightforward.

Its location in the marina with views across the canal and easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Paid parking was secure and directly outside the apartment, with easy access to the lift. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed to be fully self sufficient if we chose to be.

Broken shower clamp No sun shades around both pool Bathroom air extractor very noisy.

Fantastic location, lady behind the desk was very helpful and welcoming. Only real downside is the shower head clamp was broken, I had to improvise and make something to wedge up the shower head. Sunshades are definitely required around both pools, there is zero shade around both pools. Nice venue, we will still be back at some point. Thank you.

The building could use better maintenance, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The hotel location is in the middle of the yacht marina, I was enjoying the boats traffic while I stay at the kitchen.

It was leaking inside the property after rain. Bedro floor was wet. There was no wine bottle opener. Shower holder was broke.

They charge for parking, I arrived at middle of night and there was nobody there. If I did not have phone my first night would be on the street.

The airconditioning startet to smell, so we had to turn it off.

The view wa amazing. Roof terrace where you could see the Ocean, mountains and all the boats in the canal.

There is no terrace, but it has been written that there is and the rooftop pool wasn't available. Between 14.00-16.00 the reception is locked and you cannot find anyone.

The apartment is very clean and the lady from the reception has been very nice.

Didn't like to pay an extra charge for a balcony and then learn that all apartments seem to have balconies. The balcony furniture was too big and took too much space. Not possible to sit around the table.

Close to the main canal and fun to watch the boat traffic.
