Excellent location in the town for eating out etc and for access to many local walks in the Picos. Made good use of the local bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful booking us restaurants and giving advice.

My only minor criticism is that when all the lights are switched off at night, the plug sockets are not active, so the mobile phone does not charge, except in the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff, central location with parking included, wonderful pool and garden. The hotel also has a pleasant lounge with bar and the breakfast was amazing with a very wide choice. You can also eat your breakfast outside. Fantastic!

We spent a good time at the hotel and I can only speak highly about the very friendly and helpful ladies at the front desk. The hotel is in good condition, with its ideal location at the entry way towards Poncebos and Sotres, among other places. Limited parking in the hotel courtyard, but there is a plentiful parking lot owned by the hotel, about 1 minute walking distance.

Swimming Pool onsite was a real bonus at the end of the day to cool down in. Staff were amazing and were so happy to help with any and all requests.

The fact that the room didn't have A/C.

Room was big and had a nice view to the mountain and the river. The bathroom was super clean and modern. The hotel is located close to the shops and restaurants and has parking included. We had really nice breakfast that included local products.

Parking right at hotel had only limited spaces. 3-4 cars. But the lady at reception explained that there was another carpark to park in just round the corner and you could use your room pass to access the barrier to get in and out. Secure parking and only 1-2 mins walk away, if that.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful building in a perfect location right in the heart of Arenas de Cabrales. Staff were just fabulous - so friendly and helpful! Facilities were great and everything was very clean.

The staff was just incredible. I had a problem on my notorcycle and they let me stay there the all day and enjoy the swimming pool even after my check-out while my motorcycle wasn’t fixed. Also, they have private and closed parking which is perfect for those travelling in a motorcycle. 10/10 for the staff!!

Staff were great and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The pool was a delightful treat after a days hike. Breakfast was delicious and the village of Las Aernas was charming with a good selection of places to eat and drink.

Nice cosy hotel with a great location. Perfect for hiking trips. Pool was so nice, especially after all day hiking. Big choice of delicious breakfasts available, at a very reasonable prices. I really liked the common living room and library with books. Fridge in the room was a big plus.
